Staff weren’t particularly friendly, didn’t seem that interested in how that stay was. Couldn’t seem to increase temp in the room, so ended up switching off system. Not much hot water one morning.

Was a perfect location at the bus and tram stops, oppisite the mall and a great hotel. the lounge on 15th floor was closed not sure why but also looks great none the less

Although the hotel was right across the road from the bus and tram it was a little bit out of town, away from the main tourist attractions so we spent more time riding the trams than we would have preferred.

Clean and new. There was a kettle and a bar fridge. The breakfast buffet was amazing. Staff were helpful and the lobby bar was pleasant to wait in. Good value for money and a lovely outlook onto the ocean.

Distance from sights and traditionally bars and restaurants

Hotel and stuff were faultless. My only big bear was it was out of the way and a good 30/45 mins walk to main areas. There is always trams and metro text etc. however the promenade is an enjoyable day walk. Evening transport will be needed. Again rooms note and staff are excellent

At the restaurant, we had to wait for a long time, there was no one. When cheking in, the one staff was not nice, did not explain well about the detail why I have to pay twice to sepalete, even I asked.

The room was clean, and comfortable. It was nice to have a big desk to work. Very close from the convention center and tram station.

Hotel was a very classy and wonderful place to stay beds were comfortable and room was a good size we had ocean view so it was very nice. Location was a bit far to city sites but the area was very safe.

We had access to the 15th floor loft and we could appreciate the beautiful sunset and relax in the jaccuzzi with the stunning view and comfortable bed. I recommend it! Also the breakfast is delicious.

The restaurant food was not very tasty. I ordered a seafood rice and it was not for me; however they do have a good selection in their breakfast menu.

The concierges were very pleasant and very informative. When we arrived, they provided us with a map of the city and pointed out places that we should visit, eat and where not to eat. The room was spacious. My son mostly enjoyed the pool on the 17th floor. The location is definitely a plus, it's near the TRAM, and across the street from the beach and a mall.

The hotel looks decent from the outside and has good ratings on Booking, but in reality, it is very worn out. The rooms have seen some not-so-great guests. After checking into the room, we noticed that the cleanliness was not very good and the room was quite shabby, but we didn’t pay much attention to it at first. Later, we discovered that the bathtub was covered in some kind of glue and other unidentifiable substances, and of course, HAIR. There were hairs everywhere, from the small towels to the large ones, and they were not exactly white. The main issue was the shower. When you turn on the water, set it to the right temperature, and start showering, after a while, it starts running scalding hot water. It fluctuates in waves, sometimes very hot, sometimes cold. We asked the reception to address this issue, and they said a technician would come to check it out. After waiting in the room for an hour, we requested to be moved to another room, and they agreed. The second room was also worn out, but there were no water issues and the cleanliness was somewhat better.

The breakfast was good.

Room: 1. The “freezer” in the room doesn’t cool at all. We announced it two days in a row, but it wasn’t solved during our 5 nights stay. I believe that they already knew about it. Beware that this hotel does not have a fridge. 2. TV had only 2-3 working channels. Thankfully, there were also some FM stations where we could listen some music. Bathroom: 3. The bathroom has a see-through window, which cannot be covered by a tiny curtain roll. You can see everything at night from your bedroom. 4. The sink faucet was moving. Which caused a bit of trouble. Not a big deal, but definitely uncomfortable. 5. The bath ventilation is not working. The fan is broken probably. 6. The bathroom door was scratching the ceiling.

Loved the pool upstairs - we were there on a Monday and it was quite empty and great to relax. Big mall next door where we ate, lots of options. Hotel staff very nice and let us check in early, which was much appreciated.
