Location 10/10 Staff 10/10 (shout out to Gabi and Amin - so friendly and helpful!) Bed 7/10 simply because we had two single beds pushed together and we slipped between them a few times during the night, nothing major it didn't ruin the holiday at all.

The room walls are paper thin and there is a kettle in the room but no instant coffee, just tea.

Excellent location. Also we had half board and the food was excellent.

Location of the hotel was fantastic. I would stay here again. Great breakfast options too.

Bathroom had not been renovated - stille with bathtub and no separate shower cubicle. This is not at the level of a 4-star hotel. Fitness room had good size but almost no exercise equipment. Frustrating and not worthy for a 4-star hotel. Staff in restaurant was not unpolite but also not service minded. I did not meet any smiles or personal involvement in the guests from the staff. We had an incident of "sever sewer smell" in our room/bathroom on the last day of our stay. Front desk staff were very involved and acknowledged the problem, but unable to solve it. Smell disappeared by itself during the day.

View from room was fantastic. Parking arrangement worked very well - staff was very helpful. Room was newly renovated and was nice and modern. Breakfast was great with big variety. Location of hotel near the city center and the water was really great. Best location in Port de Soller

Room safe didn't work (and wasn't fixed despite our reqeust). Bathroom door catch didn't work so door wouldn't close. We didn't report this as used a pouffe to keep door closed while in use.

size of the classic room very small needed more wardrobe/ closet space had to ask for shower gel it wasn’t replaced when it was used No yea or coffee in the room although there was a kettle and fridge which was beneficial sliding doors on wardrobe at times difficult to move

location view it was clean staff were helpful car parking even though it was 10 euros per day it was a reserved space in a secure location having towels for sun beds

Had read that there wasn't enough sun loungers but we managed to get some everyday.

Friendly staff around the pool, great breakfast and pool. Great location for the beach, restaurants and shops. We also had a sea view room which was a great extra!

For the price, I felt the rooms were a bit underwhelming. The air conditioning either timed out or was switched off by the staff turning down the room which was a bit frustrating as the weather was super hot & we would come home to a very hot room in the evenings. Sadly the pool was quite disappointing & it was one of the main reasons we chose the hotel. The pool levels are dangerously low - the first step was completely exposed & my kids couldn’t reach for the edge of the pool whilst swimming because the level was so low. There were dirty tide marks around the water levels of the pool. I know it gets plenty of chlorine because my husband’s boardshort’s got ruined from the pool but washing the tide marks off with a sponge & squeezing it back into the pool water, then over compensating with extra chlorine isn’t the best way to keep the pool clean. After the first day we didn’t use the pool again & stuck to the beach. It was a nice spot but with plenty of other great hotels in the area there’s a few areas that need addressing if they want to charge the price they are, given it’s a 4 star hotel.

Fabulous location & views of the bay. Lots of choice for breakfast. The lunch around the pool area was great & the staff were very friendly & efficient

The pillows a little lumpy and there were some mould stains on the roof in the bathroom, but overall it was a nice stay. On one day our towels were taken and not replaced but we called reception and received fresh towels immediately.

The buffet breakfast options were great for this level of hotel. The rooms were very clean. The location was perfect, very central to the port and right across from the port beach. The reception staff was nice and friendly and helpful.
