It was clean, small, stylish right in the middle of the old town. The staff were pleasant friendly and most helpfull, especially the concierge, the breakfast was wonderfull, and the room was beautifully designed. It’s a bit expensive. Apart from that it was fantastic.

We were in the room with an accessible bathroom, which meant there were no shower screens to contain the water. Every time we showered there would be water all over the floor, making it a bit slippery.

The welcome was friendly and the process efficient. The room was spacious and comfortable, as was the bed. Breakfast was lovely - presentation & taste.

There were no faults with our stay at all. The location was fantastic, the hotel spotless, the breakfast was high quality and comprehensive and the roof terrace with our room exceeded our expectations. The communication with the team was exceptional, particularly Laia, and made our stay all the better. Overall, we were exceedingly satisfied.

The owners are extremely friendly and helpful, and they have created a wonderful oasis smack in the middle of the old town. The location could not have been better, the breakfast was excellent, and the vibe of this recently renovated building was super cool!

The hotel is modern, very clean and in a perfect central area of Ciutadella. The breakfast each morning was the best breakfast we have ever been offered in a hotel - 3 courses (!) of your choosing made fresh for you. The rooms were spacious and the bed was really comfortable. We had a lovely balcony too. The owners went out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed and offered advice for local restaurants and beaches to visit. Location was great, only 5 min walk down to the harbour.

Mattresses were too firm and the AC kept shutting off for 2 hours in the middle of the night; waking us with how hot the room got. Toilet was installed wobbly.

Breakfast was delicious and coffee was the best around! Sean and his team were incredibly warm and welcoming. Access was easy and location was incredibly central for Ciutadella.

I had a very nice stay at the hotel! The hotel premises and room are beautiful, comfortable and very well decorated, it’s basically a boutique hotel in the heart of the Ciutadella. The breakfast is impeccable, extremely good. The hotel staff and owners are very friendly and make you feel at home. Also, they are always keen to share tips on how to best explore Menorca or provide insights that only locals have. I would absolutely stay there again.

I would have loved some English breakfast tea in the room.

The welcome from the all the staff at the hotel and insights offered by our host about places to visit was really helpful. Especially top tips about the local beaches. The breakfast was outstanding. Every effort was made to make us feel welcome and get the most out of our time in the city.

Would not change a thing.

Fragile Hotel is clearly a labour of love. Thank you to Sean, Mojca and the rest of the team for their hospitality, warm welcome and of course the exquisite hotel stay. From the morning chats with Sean offering invaluable local advice to the beautiful organic breakfast prepared by Mojca et al, we enjoyed every minute spent in the property. The team look and act like a family and it shows from how happy everyone is. I especially loved the artwork adorning the hotel walls, the polished concrete bathroom floor and all the amenities you would expect from a luxury hotel. The outdoor shower was a daily treat following a long day of exploring the island - this hotel genuinely felt like our own personal hideaway. We will most certainly be visiting again very soon!
