Lovely hotel with very helpful staff. Good location for the metro and parking. Breakfast choice was good enough. The only negative thing was the way both lifts shook and made a noise whenever we used them. Very scary!!

The room was clean. However, the bathroom did not have any toilet brush. Also, it is not possible to open the window, which can get suffocating, as they also spray some sort of scent in the room after cleaning. The check-in process also took really long, although there were only a couple of people in front of us.

Few steps to metro to go to old town . Parking is right there and cheap.Metro is fast ,convenient and cheap way to go and see all main attractions in Seville.

-Could not get an extra pillow. The hotel was full -We saw a cockroach in our bathroom - very expensive. We booked when the hotel was almost full so they charged almost three times the price. We were desperate

The only drawback of the hotel is that the window does not open all the way, but only opens a little of it.There is also a cigarette smell coming from the toilet vent.

The place is beautiful, close to the metro, close to an excellent market, and the staff are excellent.

Pretty hard to find parking at first- need to check in first and get key card access. Also not very responsive via booking.

Front staff is very very friendly. Rooms are good and clean, no complimentary you’d expect from hotels though - like coffee/water. But otherwise all good.

Only thing we didn't like is that the beds were on wheels and that whwn we were sleeping and turning the bed was moving. And that the windows couldn't open.

We liked the firm matress on our bed, that it was clean and that the metro was a minute walk from the hotel. Also, that it took us 10-15 minutes to come to city center.

The internet was so bad in the room, I had to work, surf the web in the corridor of hotel floor.

Cons: - The price for a night is quite steep, considering you might get a broken toilet cover (picture included). I shouldn't have a toilet cover flying off when, well, covering the toilet, should I? - If you put on the air conditioning, you cannot lower or raise the temperature nor the speed (low was too strong). - Room was a bit dusty.

Pros: - Next to the metro station, close to bars, restaurants, a shopping center and local gym (I did not go). - Room is spacious enough for two, the bed is comfortable and the hotel was generally quiet. Being on the 13th floor, we did not experience any disturbances.

The air conditioning was not working and the outside temperature was close to 40c.

All staff were very pleasant and helpul. The cleaning of the room was excellent.

Our room was comfortable and clean and the staff super helpful and friendly. We had a car and did not want to drive into Seville so booked this hotel. It turned out to be a great location as the metro was just across the road and in 15 mins we were in the heart of Seville. The hotel provided underground parking 3 Euro per day. Would definitely recommend.
