Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly without limiting expression of strong opinions. They are also applicable regardless of the sentiment of the comment.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include 'hate speech', discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, and the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options may be available (by type of traveller, by score, etc.).

CanadaDeceiving pictures on the website - the capsules are exactly that - boxes, small, just a bed in a a box. Cannot get a good sleep - the AC was blasting all night long and there is light which is entering in the capsules. Bad than a hostel - avoid this location.
Staff was very nice, location good.

United KingdomI stayed here so you don't have to! I hate giving reviews like this but I also think it's a moral obligation to save your hard-earned money. The capsules are very tiny and can feel claustrophobic. They appear much bigger in the photos due to photo angles. They are also not soundproof. You can hear everything and it's really annoying. The ventilation is really poor. I stayed there on a very warm night and it was really hot inside. Its just a glorified plastic box, I would recommend you to stay away. It was definitely not worth the money I paid for it.

FinlandToilet bowls are a bit too close to the door so it's a bit tight inside the toilet stalls, but this is just a nitpick. My major feedback would be regarding the noise. There seem to be no quiet hours and since the pods have 0 sound isolation, we weren't able to get any sleep with a group of men acting very loud in the next room to us. They were banging on doors, yelling, screaming, busting music at 11 pm on a Saturday. It's ok, it's a hostel, I understand, but why not have quiet hours? I wish the staff asked the group to hang out in the lobby and not in the room where other people try to sleep. I don't think I would ever stay at a hostel again after this experience (We had no other choice this time as we weren't aware of the Malaga fair happening at the same time since we are from out of the country).
The location was good, the pods were nice and comfy, the bathrooms were clean.

CanadaNothing, everything was according to what was advertised and even better.
Everything was great, probably the best hostel I’ve ever been to. Very high-tech to assure you the best of comforts. The staff is super friendly and were always making sure I was all set and that I had everything I needed. Absolutely beautiful people, from the reception desk to the cleaning staff, they all showed class and were super accommodating. The beds are super comfortable and spacious. What can I say about the overly great localization ? It’s a 5 minute walk to the famous Centro Historico where you can find all the restaurants, bars, stores and it’s super close to the beach. Best value for money in Malaga and will never stay anywhere else when in town.

PolandNo kitchen area at all - biggest dissapointment. Only one small cabinet for storage per cube. Cubes are for two, so it's impossible to hide all your belongings. I would expect more noise cancelling from such cube. In fact "walls" are quite thin plus if the person in a cube above moves in the cube yours is moving too like on a bunker bed. You have to walk from dorm to bathroom through a reception in a building made mostly from glass. So basically people outside can see you walking in a towel if they are standing in front of the building. Hence there are few impractical solutions, as if owner put all the effort in a technology but didnt think of some basics (kitchen!) Quality/price-wise you get a place in a dorm in a cube for a price very close to a private room.
This is some social/hotel experiment, where instead of regular bed you get a cube of a double bed size (which is what i was aware of when making a reservation ofc). It's very interesting itself. Aircon works perfectly well, very dark when you turn off the light, so good sleep is possible. Also toilettes are quite extravagant with some "technology" used so i would recommend this place for fans of new technologies. Nice to try for one night out of curiosity like i did, but find something more serious for a longer stay.

MoroccoLovely capsule experience and the best toilets ever! In the city center, close to supermarkets and bars/clibs. On top of that the hosts are just the best. Whenever we needed something they were super helpful and really went out of their way for us. They really did make the stay so lovely. Would definately recommend this hostel, real good vibes!
