The location was a bit out of the center of the city (about a 20 or 30 minute walk). Not really a social hostel even though they had activities. You have to pay to hold your luggage in the luggage room if you get there early or are leaving later than checkout. My room was downstairs so there wasn't much airflow or light, didn't feel very comfy. And the bathrooms got pretty gross after a week, I feel like they could've kept it cleaner.

The kitchen was well equipped and the bed and the curtains for the beds were nice.

Bad smell in the room, AC wasn't taking it away and it was not possible to open the window. Too many people in the room, which made it impossible to sleep, as people were going in and out, making noise all the time. Cold.

The WiFi signal in our room was very less. Moreover, the WiFi broke down during the stay, so we had to use our roaming data packs. We were told to keep trying the WiFi. Later on I came to know that a very selected few were given a different working standby WiFi. The latch of the bathroom doors were broken. During checkout the staff could have been more courteous. The lockers besides our beds were so close that when opened, the doors used to collide with the bed and it used to make a lot of noise. This disturbed other's sleep.

Rooms were in the basement. Very dark. Very loud. Around 25 people lived in one room with a little half-wall between 2 rooms, so it felt like 48 people were living in one room. Every person could be heard rolling in bed at night. Impossible to sleep.

The location was perfect. Right in the centre and near shops such as Aldi and Lidl. Easy access by the metro. Good kitchen facilities.

The room was very clean and warm. The presence of the lockers in the room was very convenient. The shower room was very clean and spacious, also I loved that there were shampoo, and micellar water for use. I think it is a great detail for female travelers when you don't have some cleansing with you.

No airflow in the rooms, very stuffy and musty. Door to rooms is very loud and squeaks uncontrollably. The drying machine is old and takes a long time to actually dry clothes. The washing machines are tiny and expensive. The kitchen is nice but needs more cooking utensiles like knives and spatulas.

Great location. Great showers / bathrooms. Great staff. Refridgerator and food storage is nice.

The dorm with 14 beds is in the basement with very bad air condition since windows cannot be opened properly. There are lockers when not checked in yet / checked out already that cost between 3-7€ per day.

- No fresh air and not so good smell in the dormitory. During the first night it was unbearably hot (in February) due to the heating, after talking to the staff they gave us the handle to open the window which helped a lot with the air, but the AC/heating was still on full power. Apparently the temperature could not really be regulated? Heating a room with an open window all night long sounds like a real waste of energy.. - The key cards randomly stopped working and made very loud beeping sounds most of the times the door was opened. - The cleanness of the kitchen area was very variable. Of course this always depends on the people using it, but providing new sponges/ dish coths or changing them every day would already help a lot. - No sharp knives and just one usable pan. - The water in the showers takes really long (like 5-10 min) to turn warm. If somebody else showered shortly before, it's way quicker.

It is an amazing, clean, amiable place for tourists and most of all situated at the central location just 15 minutes walk from Placa de Catalonya where you can easily get blue bus for the airport. The staff is very cooperative, helpful, friendly. Almost every facility is available in the hostel. Every where supermarkets near the hostel and Familia Sagadda is just on 10 minutes walk. I would highly recommend this place in Barcelona. They are hospitable.

The maddress in the beds are pretty thin, I lived in a big room with 24 beds. If you are a heavy sleeper it may suit you but otherwise not. (maybe obvious?)

The place is pretty cool, big commonplace where you can eat and talk with people, they also have a pooltable. Also pretty clean. Its right in the citycore so near lots of stuff, particularly Sagrada familia.

The staff were hostile to us but very kind and warm to the other guests. Some front desk staff would lend us the adapter that was in a drawer and others would say go buy one. Won’t be back because of front desk staff.

Great location. very nice stay for young people or persons just looking for a place to stay for a few days. They had activities on weekends and it was clean and somewhat comfortable.

Fantastic staff at check in, provided me with all the information I needed and were incredibly lovely to speak to. The lockers are card activated so I did not need to bring my own lock, and there is plenty of space in them. Great location near la Sagrada Família and plenty of restaurants, cafes, supermarkets, and public transport. The hostel organised some events and the salsa class was lots of fun! Facilities were very clean.
