Bathrooms were a little bit small and the elevator to the hostel floor was very slow.

I ordered a package to the hostel before my arrival and they accepted it and delivered it to my room. I find it very considerate.

The fact that we paid everything up front only for them to almost reject us when we arrive because the person paying for the hotel (my boss) was not with us. Luckily We had money to pay then and there otherwise i dont think they would let us stay.

The location is perfect. Every main attraction you need to see in Madrid is close, 10-15 minute walk. Its clean. I didn’t like the fact that the doors from the bathroom were see-through.

Whenever you use the bathroom the water pump works so loudly. The room walls are so thin that you hear the next room easily and disturbingly. The rooms need to be soundproof.

We got the inside room, quiet from the street noise but the rooms are not sound proof from each others, we could hear next room talk, have sex, shower, hair dryer, TV, you name it. Bathroom was extremely small. Hostel's Pictures on booking.com look much nicer than the reality.

The dark room looking at the wall 😞 I just think we should know about it rather then being misled with photos of prettier rooms, that’s all.

Lovely staff, super clean, beautiful smell as you enter- always.. in a very busy central location.. comfy beds ( except the pillows).. can’t fault anything except our room. There are nice rooms with a street view and i just wish we had one of those or at least i wish there are photos or something about rooms such as the one we were in.

The hand basin in the bathroom had a bit of a leak - water seeped out onto the floor.

The property is located a quick walk from the Sol metro train station. The room and bathroom were clean and it was quiet at night. Staff were friendly and helpful and check-in was handled promptly.

Bathroom was very small. My husband had to remove the toilet roll in order to sit comfortably. It's a bit noisy when people are leaving or outside smoking at the bars, clubs opposite. But not every day.

Not a complaint but I'd prefer a top sheet on the bed. The comforter duvets were quite hot so had to turn the air conditioning up more to compensate. I don't want to not be covered. The bathtub is quite small so the shower curtain keeps touching you in the shower and the bottom is not flat so it's quite slippery. Almost fell a couple times.

The staff are so friendly, the hotel is clean, the beds are comfortable and the location is great. The price is quite reasonable for its location and size. I would stay here again. Walkable distance to transit and all main attractions.
