We recommend to change the variety of breakfast sortiment from one day to another, more veggies and perhaps boiled eggs would be really appreciated (as there were only tomatoes,and no eggs at all,what is a basic component of breakfast for many folks ). But we still liked it.

We loved the accomodation in this hostal. Very clean, tidy and spacious room. The bed was was very comfortable and they cleaned the room and changed the towels every day. The coffee machine was available at all times. Some tasty sweets for breakfast :) Anna,the owner was very helpful and friendly. Our flight off was early in the morning, and they prepared the breakfast package for us :) We surely recommend the place !

Super clean, cleanliness meets or exceeds expectations of mayor hotel’s chains. The owner Ana was super attentive and nice enough to offer us a Catalán wine after a long trip and delayed flight. The staff in general was very attentive and were always looking for a way to make our short stay(one night) a memorable one.

Basic accommodation, the shower head holder was broken and required being hand-held, overall the accommodation was basic and dingy compared to comparable priced hotels in other cities. It was the most reasonably priced we could find in Barcelona so I suppose you get what you pay for. The breakfast was included but was very basic

The staff was VERY friendly and helpful. It was very close to a bus stop.

It seemed a little far from the metro (sorry we are seniors - so the walking seemed a tad a distance). Other than that it was a nice neat setup

Noise ! Rooms are directly facing the street on a mezzanine level, windows are not stopping the noise enough. Price for my stay was insane for what you get in return. Breakfast served only from 8 am.

There was strange noise when we use the sink in the bathroom. The room was not sound proof and our window was looking towards a busy street. The cribs for the twins did not have mattresses and they had to sleep on the hard surfaces of the crib. Not to mention that these surfaces were not long enough and there was a hole at the end of the crib. My recommendation is to buy 2 crib mattresses. They are not that expensive and will make future clients with babies much happier. One last thing, when I booked the hostel on booking.com there was one price. When we checked out today we paid 15 euros more and I did not understand why. It has never happened before.

Noise - we were not able to sleep at night, the electronic drainage system kept waking us up, thin walls made us hear all neighbours and their TVs. That unfortunately overshadowed the positivies of the place as we stayed there a week, tried to sleep with earplugs but still, were not able to rest. Also - there could be a card to the main door instead of the doorbell. When someone was returning at night we could hear everything as well.

Room was quite small, and located at the first floor next to a busy street. Some basics were missing: a little fridge (it's hot in Barcelona), a key to the building (you have to ring the doorbell to reception), etc.

Clean, the utilities in tue room were all working well. Very good water pressure for Barcelona.
