The first room we had did not have a kettle but once we were moved to a different room it was great.

The location for us was perfect as it was near to the start of the trail race I was taking part in. The first night we were in a room next to other guests who wanted to party most of the night but in the morning we went to reception and asked if we could change rooms and they did so immediately. I was able to check out the new room to see if it was suitable and again that was not a problem. The staff especially the lady on the front desk was so helpful.

We didn't get a good room. There are pretty rooms with balcony and bathtub. We were in the 105 room and it was like Harry Potter's place under the staircase. It wasn't that clean either. But if was enough for sleeping and showering.

The hostel is close to the bus station, Lidl and beach. There are tons of restaurants nearby and bars, clubs as well.

Noise in rooms during night first two nights was v bad Needs to have few rules for after 12 pm.

Location good Was bit noisy at first for us pensioners Jordie at reception was excellent We had room near noise so he changed it for us and was really so friendly and helpful. His wife Jessica worked in resteurent and was also very friendly and helpful .There was another lady Bernie who also was a smiler Makes such a difference to our stay

Long wait for a iron, no any kettle at room, the same breakfasts everyday during 5 days, no proper Spanish meals and breakfasts

No balcony, The room had 1 frosted window which let limited light in even when open. We really struggled with that. Alot of rooms do not have a balcony don't believe booking.com when they say most have. Shower head was poor, didn't adjust literally had to hold it to get showered.

You can hear the rooms next door, but to be honest we were there for a weekend as a group of girls so didn't bother us too much.

We booked this very last minute so the choice in the area was very limited. Reading the reviews we were a little nervous to say the least, but in all honesty it exceeded our expectations. All the staff were friendly and very helpful. We had a room for 4, and I must admit was very adequate. Lots of clean towels and room service knocked every day asking if we required anything else. We actually couldn't fault it! There is a nice restaurant next door attached to the property, which was again very nice and reasonably priced. And a small supermarket just down the road. I would stay there again.

Air conditioning wasn't strong, im my group of 4 rooms we all booked the same type of room but the rooms were all different style and size, pick of the draw my room was the darkest, with poorest air-conditioning. There was a sheet that said to make sure the window was closed because of sensors but there wasn't any sensors on the window

The staff were really nice. The location was really good close to the bus station and ibiza rocks just around the corner, short walk to sunset strip, walked to ocean beach area in 20 mins easily
