The family rooms are in a building that didn't have access to a lift. The stairs were difficult for my elderly relative to climb.

Good location. A 5 minute walk to Plaza de Armas. We could get to all the interesting sites and walk by the river. We had breakfast in the cafes near the hostel. They were great!

No proper table and chair. No electric kettle. No complimentary water in the room. Can't use the pantry for making drinks or eating. Eventhough the room is big but this basic facilities are lacking. If improvements are made, it would be an excellent stay.

The location was very good. Very near the Plaza De Armas Bus Station. Walking distance to many of the tourist attraction (About 1 to 1.5km). Spacious room and bathroom. Bed and blankets very good. Wardrobe was big. A very unique manual lift. Big supermarket nearby. Bus stop nearby.

Location is great. Room is small but okay for the 2 nights that I booked. Bathtub on the private bathroom was a little unconfortable and not too save to step in to the tub. Good breakfast for the price.

The staff are all very friendly and helpful. The hostel is very clean and our room with private bathroom was decent for one night stay. Good buffet breakfast to start the day including juice, milk, jam, yoghurt, apples, cheese, jamon, donuts, and a bread bun. It's great that the hostel has a covered parking right next to the hotel.

Can hear voices easily. There is no hair dryer in the room but you can ask staff for it, they give you one.

Easy to access to city center by walking. Parking opportunity - 15 euro daily. Clean room. 7/24 accessible staff. Comfortable bed.

The only faults we found were that you could hear the traffic noise all through the night but in fairness it is a city hostal and that the lift didn’t go down to the restaurant.

The Hostal was in a very good location, close to the river, bus stops and restaurants. Our room was of a reasonable size and the bathroom facilities were very good (no plugs for wash basin or bath). The continental breakfast, at €40 was value for money. The cost of our room included parking and the garage was secure.

No lounge and no way to prepare food except for breakfast. The rooms by the main road are noisy and the air quality not good due to traffic fumes.

The only negative I had was Breakfast did not start till 8am and we were out on trips that started at 8am two days so could not have Breakfast. So 7am Breakfast would be my only suggestion. But this was very minor.

Just stopped at this location for 5 nights and the place is great Location is perfect for the bus station and shuttle to the airport, 2 minutes walk. Only a short walk into the town. Location can't be faulted Hostal is also lovely and clean with staff on the reception 24 hours a day. Room have everything you need and the bed was made ever day Breakfast was also great and can not faulted for the price Overall its excellent location and value for money

I selected "No prepayment needed - Pay at the property", but the Hostal tried to withdraw my money and when Revolut declined the payment as unauthorized they cancelled my booking. Breakfast for €4 is very weak. I'd suggest to pay additional €2 and get extended version.

Breakfast was very basic.

Location is good and close to most tourist attractions. It's also very close to the coach station which makes it convenient to travel from/to the airport with the public shuttle. Room was fairly spacious for 2 people, which came with a private bathroom. Both were cleaned every day and that was really great. Staff were friendly and helpful.
