No tea/coffee making facilities was a negative but on the positive side it was a clean and comfortable place with a friendly host and staff and good value.

I would've liked to try the breakfast at only 5 euros, but didn't have enough time. Be aware, there is no elevator.

Nice view, very clean, centrally located with easily accessible free parking. Right along the river and hiking is available right out the door. Rooms are no frills and somewhat spartan but the location makes up for it.

The location in the city was perfect. It was a pleasant uphill walk to the old town. The host Lucia was so kind and friendly. We opted for the breakfast and it was delicious. Fresh orange juice, coffee, coffee cake, fruit, buttered toast, and hard boiled egg all for five euro. The room was spacious and very clean. It was easy to find a parking spot along the road.

At a real stretch our only quibble would be pillow comfort but understand that is quiet personal.

Fantastic location, great value for money with super friendly and helpful staff. Fernandez was exceptional from the start and made our stay so much more enjoyable with his advice and directions. Great breakfast for €5 which was very welcome. We arrived by bus(no 1 service) which runs from main train line and we got off 250m from the hotel door. Very easy to find.

Nothing to dislike.

Good location and private parking if needed. Took a taxi up into the centre but an easy walk back down. Clean, good air-conditioning in the room. Quick and easy check in. Simple continental breakfast.

A lovely place, very conveniently situated to access Cuenca. Good wifi, hot showers, comfortable, large room. A nice breakfast can be purchased at a very reasonable price.

Warm welcome at reception. The hosts english was very good and gave us a map detailing restaurants etc. She was extremely helpful. Our room was very spacious and modern. Good shower. Lovely breakfast.

Walls are relatively thin, but other guests were respectful so it was never a problem.

The hotel is clean and comfortable.The hosts were super friendly and held a parking spot out front for us. They also let us put a small amount food in their fridge. Very helpful to us.

Close to both climbing sectors and the old town. Really comfy beds. Very knowledgeable and approachable hosts. Amazing value for money. A similar room would be 400 euros in Madrid. Recently renovated and everything worked perfectly.

The cafeteria-type breakfast is a nice touch, though is not suitable to cater to all travelers unless communicated in advance.

The property is nicely decorated, the rooms are very spacious and offer all the comforts. The place is immaculately clean and well placed. The owners were very accommodating of my gluten allergy, and even made sure to be ready with gluten-free bread for me alone in the morning, so lovely.

The breakfast was very good, the room was spacious and comfortable and the receptionist was very friendly and professional. We took a taxi to the centre of Cuenca and it was very cheap.
