Good location - just few metro stations from Madrid’s centre. Clean and comfortable, despite the fact I had room without bathroom, there was 3 on my floor and I hadn’t wait anytime to enter them. Nice and helpful staff. Good option for cheap accommodation in Madrid.

The furniture is a bit shaky and chipped, an old towel hook is rusty and probably better to be removed or replaced with extra hook for the shower towel but still good overall. Also if the keys were marked clearer it would be better.

The host was very friendly, it was very good value for money and the location was convenient. The bathroom/toilet facilities were very good and clean, exceeded expectation

Wifi has poor connection. Had difficulty also using the elevator as there was no instruction how to use it as it is not the same as the commonly used elevator.

Overall, the place is good for the stay. Though is it shared toielet, it was clean.

This is a great place if your looking for a good value, basic room, centrally located near the center. It's minutes away from Moncloa metro and buses, there are plenty of bars and restaurants nearby and beautiful park oeste is a very short walk. It's hard to find a quiet place in Madrid, it's so noisy but here we slept well,,very quiet. The room and bathrooms were very clean and I was impressed that the beds were so comfortable, the mattresses were very good. Staff were very friendly and helpful, they let is leave our luggage after checkout. Ive stayed at many places in Madrid, at this price it is among the best. I definitely reccomend

Although it was a shared bathroom, there was a sink in the room that was very convenient. The metro was convenient to location. We never saw anyone else in the closest hall bathroom so it felt almost private to us. The room had air conditioning which was critical in the August heat.

We just slept there for a night. Our room was clean, AC inside, TV, a sink inside the room and a spacious terrace. The bathroom facilities are in common but new, beautiful and clean. Inside the room we found a pair of towels for each of us. The rooms are at floor 6 so there are not so many problems with noise.

I was not expecting air conditioning to be in the room, so it was a very pleasant surprise to have that accessible, and also have to full control of the temperature. The request to keep the temperature at 24°C or 25°C was very reasonable (and actually slightly colder than what I prefer :)). Overall was a convenient and pleasant stay. The location is walking distance from the Moncloa metro and there are also sightseeing very near there. I was able to visit the Faro de Moncloa and it was great!! Highly recommend to visit that. :)

I did not like the air conditioner. It was always turning off and the room would get hot and then it would turn on again and turn off. There were a lot of doors and locks. It needs more care and more services can be provided to the residents and it will not cost much. I hope some of the old furniture will be restored and replaced and the toilets restored Thank u

Would be nice if there is a least one more shared bathroom available. At the time of our stay, there was some renovation work going on (dust on the corridor, noisy from morning hours). In my opinion, low season would be a better time to plan it.

The hostal is located quite close to the metro station, in a quiet residential area which felt safe to stay even in late night hours. There is a supermarket (Carrefour) in a 5 minute walk distance. The room was quite quiet at night with air conditioning and a bathroom sink which was convenient for us.

They can open small kitchen at least for the tea. Currently there is not such things. Also would be better to place kettle to the rooms.

It was close and quite nice for few days stay. There was also balcony which I really enjoyed the view and sunset. Room was clean. And was provide with air condition too.
