I would have liked curtains on the beds, it gives better privacy. Also, airconditioning unit would be a good investment. The fans are noisy, and keeping the balcony door open means noise from the street too. The beds were a little squeaky, and moved a lot when someone turns or gets in and out of top bunk. All in all, a good experience though - the dislikes didn't ruin my stay, so not a big issue. Thank you guys for your hospitality!

The staff!! So friendly, helpful, attentive, positive, and absolutely adorable! I am so grateful to have met them! The location was superb! Close to transport links, cafes, restaurants, sightseeing spots, yet so quiet and cozy! I liked that there was a balcony in our room, albeit small. Living room and dining facilities were kept in very good condition, always clean and organised. The same with the kitchen, though I didn't use it much. The rules of the hostel are quite good - privacy and relaxation time are well respected.

Nothing really, except that you sometimes wish there was a terrace available when the weather is good, obviously not the hostel's fault.

The hostel is perfectly located at a surprisingly quiet narrow street a few meters away from the cathedral, so it is perfectly situated in the center of Barcelona, while at the same time having a quiet place if you need it. The people working there are wonderfully helpful and friendly and available. The common spaces are spacious and beautifully decorated,the kitchen is well equiped, the bathroom is clean and showers and toilets are enough for the number of people residing, so i never felt there was a waiting time. It is not a large hostel so things are kept cosy and familiar even between guests.

Some ladies at the reception were rude. She told me that I can't go to a certain place because it's Expensive. Well, that's what she thinks!!!

Nothing, this is the best hostel I've ever been to.

The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, they even planned a evening trip to the bunkers and helped us see the sights! I love how friendly and chilled it is, especially when travelling solo. I made a lot of friends and would 100% come back!

Some of the staff at the reception..I didn't like. She's a bit rude when I asked her about the good tourist sites to see. And she told me straight to my face that I can't afford to see some other places coz these places are expensive.!!!! How could she tell me that??? . And She didn't fully explain to me the places that I should visit, Is it because I'm an ASIAN travelling around Europe and can't afford to go to some other places in Barcelona? OMG..when people travel especially for leisure, we are financially prepared to spend on essential things. We don't travel if we DON'T HAVE MONEY! I hope they get the point!!

It's a value for money hostel. Rooms. Toilet and bathroom are clean. Beds are comfortable to sleep in. I like the lounge upstairs and the veranda. They have unlimited free coffee. The kitchen is free for all to use and it's very clean. But Rachel..was exceptionally good to us. SHE checked us in very quick and smooth. She even helped us carry our luggage upstairs to our room.

This is my fourth time in Barcelona and I have changed a lot of hostels, but I am delighted with this one.  🍀💙 This is so clean hostel. The people who work here are very kind and I especially thank them for understanding my not so good English 😃🙏. In this hostel is a homely atmosphere. 😇 The kitchen is spacious and you have everything you need to prepare your meal🍜.  Dining room and living room, terraces, everything is well designed with lots of wonderful details... 🏡 The location of the hostel is great and everywhere you go is close.  🚀 The only thing this hostel lacks during the summer is air conditioning, but for me, compared to everything mentioned above, that's not a problem. I coming again with friends for sure.🙋‍♀️🌠💃🧚‍♀️
