Location is great. The bus stop is just outside the hotel. Beach is just. Few minutes walk away. Housekeeping is great, breakfast and dinner are great too.

Very noisy hotel. Could hear neighbours talk, cough, use their toilet and doors etc., difficult to sleep without ear plugs. One night a neighbour had a party in their balcony which was very loud, still loud when they went inside after we asked them to be quiet.

Very good breakfast, lots of variety. Ask for any type of egg you want. Helpful staff. 24/7 service. They also did our laundry - which was cheap, quick and satisfactory. Reception staff was helpful with showing bus station etc. Hotel has a nice pool area and is very close to the beach. close to other resturants and stores. close to airport, yet did not hear any noise from the airport. Great room service. Great view of the ocean.

The breakfast offered was of low quality. Cutleries were dirty with food stuck on them. It was an unpleasant experience- we had to go out for breakfast despite paying for it!

Cleaning the room could've been better. From arrival to departure there was always long dark hair on the floor (not mine). Buffet restaurant on each visit had practically the same food. After the 3rd day I struggled to be motivated to go to eat in the hotel and I didn't understand how for breakfast they offered diced carrots, small green pees and broccoli all baked dry under the heat lights. No one touched these trays. On my last day, an employee entered my room at 08:00!

Beds, this not the only hotel we stayed at Mallorca. All of them had poor beds. The AC system outdated.

Great view from the room. Facilities at the hotel top class, we spent lots of time just there at the hotel. Bus stop literally in front of the hotel to go to Palma or elsewhere on the coastline. Huge recommendation to this place.

Location, sea view, connection to the Palma city Center with bus, directly a bus stop in front of the hotel. Although quite close to the airport, you don't hear flights too much if you have your balcony door closed

I would never go half board again. The breakfast was OK, but the dinner was always the same: fish or pig. Some people from the staff are demotivated and careless in the dining area and at the reception, therefore we tried to minimize the communication with them.

Location is perfect, 100m from the long, sandy beach of Palma, and literally everything else few steps away ( shops, dozen of restaurants, petrol station) The bed was really comfortable, and the noise insulation of the room was better than I expected. The desing of the hotel is clean and simple. The pool bar waiters were kind and helpful, we enjoyed the atmosphere there.

An observation rather than a dislike, it would have been nice to have tea and coffee making facilities in the room; Surprised that you had to pay for the use of a safe, most hotels usually supply this as standard - also security deposit for pool towels, again most 4 star hotels supply them - not a show stopper though!

Quick and efficient check in at reception. We requested a lower floor room and had one of the premium rooms with a terrace which was lovely. Pool area and the upper desk was great - pool bar great for chilling and having a glass of something or even a snack at lunchtime. Great day beds for relaxing!

Air conditioning was not very effective, lots of items I’m bathroom but would have been helpful a toothpaste. Not sure balcony safe definitely would not let children out there. Wish food available later at night

Not a good look when other people hung out towels over the balcony’s to dry, this is a top class hotel that looks cheap from outside because of all the towels hanging
