This is an upscale budget place. Very stylish and super central, but of course, being a budget place, rooms are small and there is no cleaning service, no breakfast etc. imagine a fancy hostel with en suite bathroom. Great location.

Lots of stairs so if you are infirm then you'll struggle. I have a bad knee so it was a bit of an effort getting up and down to the 2nd floor but the lack of lift is clearly stated in the description. That is the only negative it can think of!

Lovely location pretty much in the middle of the old part of Seville. We arrived Xmas eve and we had all the information about how to get there by bus from airport, online check in, the access code for the entry of main door and room, etc. Nice little shared kitchen and sitting area should you wish to use it. We didn't make use of the fridge so can't comment on whether items were touched but there was coffee and tea to use for free. Room was spotless and soap, shampoo, body wash, towels and toilet paper provided. Make sure you go up to the rooftop terrace - we forgot all about it til the very last morning but we did go up and it was lovely in the morning sun. Would recommend this place to everyone! If you do come by bus, it's the EA especial from outside the airport and get off at Paseo de Colon. 10 min walk through the city to the hotel.

It was a fantastic location, close to all the major historic sites, and close to any shops you might need. Tidy and had everything we needed during our stay, common areas also well stocked and clean. Super easy communication and willing to provide recommendations and help book activities. Highly recommend.

- Very noisy, especially on weekends. - We went in November, yet it was extremely hot in the room. It says that the room has air conditioning but we were told it's not available during this period.

- Great location - Easy check-in, can do it online to speed up the process. - Extremely flexible check-in. They gave us our room as soon as we got there, even though check-in wasnt for another 3 hours or so. - Friendly staff

Design and comfort of the room was great, room seems bigger than the photos which is rare, bathroom was large and clean, kitchen amenities was good. Very close to main attractions. Staff very helpful.

Fantastic location, very central and a short walk to all the main sights.Friendly and very helpful house staff. Rooms are small to medium size but well set out. The whole place is very clean and the rooms and common space are well kept, decor is very new. Loved the roof top area. Air-conditioning worked really well, peaceful room, very comfy bed ..... I would definitely book again and recommend this place to friends .

The location is perfect, all the places I wonted to visit were a few minutes walk away. The rooms are very clean, which is extremely important to me. This was my first visit to Sevilla, but certainly not my last. I highly recommend it.

The double bed could be bigger (wider)? But seriously, that’s trying to find something to nag about…

The best location close to everywhere so our one day in Sevilla was easy and well used. Lukanda access was smooth, pool was cold but pleasant on a warm day and the room had all we needed - including ample overhead shower. Welcoming staff on site during daytime.
