We’ve been assigned to the room on the third floor in the building with has no elevator and our bags are quite big. The small road on front of the hotel doesn’t allow us to park and unload the bags and there is no parking place nearby so it is very difficult to do the unload and check-in.

The place location is great right very close to the Cathedral. The room is nice and clean. The decoration is very nice, colorful wallpaper. We also love the common area and the modern kitchen.

The area around the Lucanda was ideal. Thee street life was just as we like it, very lively. For shopping there is no need to travel far. The Cathedral is only 100 metres away, my;what an imposing building. The river is only 500 metres away for boat trips.in all it was an ideal situation.

We never met anyone at front desk, all access is trough security codes, however wrote to the staff a couple of times and they were really fast in responding, very nice and helpful. The see through bathroom didn’t really do for me but apart from that the rooms are really nice and welcoming. Shower was nice and big.

Lovely place, nicely decorated in the very heart of the old town. Loads of attractions and bars minutes away. Couldn’t hope in a better stay! Nice little touches that we didn’t expect ie a quick guide with map of Seville and an amazing perfume among the toiletries.

Only negative might be there is no elevator. If your room is on the higher floors, you need to carry your luggage- but that's not a big deal

Excellent location , right next to the cathedral and in the middle of old town(casco antiguo). Close to a lot of eating places. The hotel and room itself is clean, comfortable, and there is a small pool on the third floor

I particularly liked that A/C in room could be regulated by occupant and that you could adjust as required- clear instructions were provided. From eco perspective I liked that you could turn it off when not in room and also use time.

The room soundproofing can be improved, we heard the other guests doors opening and slapping during the night.

The place is nice and new, the location is great just few steps from the cathedral of Sevilla. There is also a small pool and a terrace to escape the hot weather of Sevilla.

It was quite noisy during the middle of the night, I could hear the bins being emptied in the early hours of the morning and noise from the street. However if you wear earplugs you should be fine! We found it quite difficult to sleep with the pillows, the bed was very comfortable but the pillows were not.

Location was excellent! Only a short walk to the nearby attractions and shopping areas. Our room was really spacious and clean and we loved being able to use the upstairs pool, as it got very hot during the afternoons so it was nice to cool off.

Great central location next to the cathedral. Beautiful and clean common area and kitchen. I liked that the rooms are accessed with a code so you don’t need to carry around the key with you. On the rooftop there is a cute little pool.

Amazing decor !! Very nice and confy room. Great location. Closest parking is around 5 min walking. Good communication and gentle staff, Gema help us getting a reservation for a good flamenco show.

From the moment we walked inside, Gema and her team were super friendly, super helpful and went out of their way to ensure our stay was enjoyable. The rooms are bright and fresh and the common area was a great space to relax (or attend to some pesky emails). And the location was absolutely perfect - so close to the cathedral, the royal palace and many other monuments. We would highly recommend you check out Lukanda Hospec for your next visit to Sevilla.

The digital key pad on our bed room door was a bit temperamental.

The location was fabulous. It was close to all the sites in Seville so we could easily walk everywhere. The bed room was bigger than we had anticipated and was very comfortable. The shared kitchen and breakfast room was right outside our bed room and we loved being there.
