Bar closed too early downstairs and no atmosphere

Only thing is our shower flooded twice. We told the staff the first time which they said they fixed but the same thing happened again. Had to use our own towels to soak up the water

The breakfast was fantastic. We really enjoyed the pool area and found there were plenty of sunbeds even with a lot of other guests. Room was perfect and spacious

Like the hotels v much but my room did not have a balcony so it was a bit dark . That said the other rooms I booked did have balconies and so everything worked out.

First night we had an issue with our shower which flooded the room, but was resolved immediately just a little inconvenient

Despite the name ‚adults only’ there were children in the hotel. I was waiting for check-in to the room after the designated check-in time. Hotel workers burst into my room several times without knocking, I did not feel safe. During breakfast, the waiters interrupted my meal so that I could pay for breakfast.

Convenient location - near bus stops, grocery store, many cafes, beach. Room was spacious, comfortable bed.

Serving of drinks was a little slow and expensive. There was also a drain smell in the room for a couple of the days. €5 for water seemed a tad excessive.

I didn’t like they don’t have a gym - of course i knew but with gym the hotel would be just perfect. Also the cleaning lady didn’t come one day, it was a problem as the drain in the shower got stuck and we literally had a flooding in our bathroom.

I like it was adult only, and it was close to the main city.

We had an event celebration and a little personalization would have being appreciated but it was fine since the staff was so polite.

It as always clean and the staff where welcoming. They were very helpful as well. The location is top close to a parking, beach and restaurants.

Since it has an additional cost each time, the cleaning service could be better. At our arrival, some surfaces were very dusty; and when we asked to have the room cleaned throughout the days, apparently, they were only replacing towels and toilet paper, making the bed and tidying the room in general. No vacuum at all.

The facility was stunning. Located amazingly, near both the city centre and amazing beaches, all easily reachable by buses. Staff friendly and always available. Great food and cheap room service.

Dust all over the room, maybe from the ceiling vents? Lumps of it on the floor everyday but good we had slippers to wear so it didn’t get in the bed.

The hotel is really lovely and our room was spacious with a great balcony and outdoor space. The beds were very comfortable and there was a great shower. Within easy walking distance of some great restaurants at the Port. The staff are fantastic - we'd like to give a special thanks to Brian, Yossi and Marianna who went the extra mile and definitely made our stay fun.
