There was this loud noise coming from the bathroom occasionally. And the floor wasn't mopped or hoovered, lots of hair and dust on the floor. I did ask this to be fixed but I was told that all the staff has gone home.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. They even let us have a breakfast early on the morning of departure. Thank you

the shower was leaking from the time I got there, I reported this and it never got fixed. being vegetarian, eating in the restaurant was difficult because not all of the food had labels. think this would be a good idea to let people know with any allergies/dietary choices what’s in the food.

The location is good but if you actually plan to spend a lot of days in Palma it will get expensive - single taxi costs about 20 from the city center so I think overall I paid about 100 for taxis.. You can take the bus and that was ok at certain times but few times it was impossible to get into the bus as it was too full. The wifi was not really that great and I ended up using my phone hotspot instead. The area is also full of germans and everyone assumed that I am a german (i am not).

the room was super spacious, so was the toilet and bathroom, everything was very clean. The used a big container with liquid soap which i like cause i hate having to waste the little single use bars of soap. The balcony was spacious and the windows offered a lot of sunglight. The beach is super nearby and so are all the local bars. The receptaion was open 24/7 which was convinient as I usuallt arrived at 2am. The communal area offers cafe area which i used to work from - at least in april this was very quiet and I could focus on work for couple of hours without anyone bothering me.

We had to carry our luggage to the room by ourselves.No porterage service. A bit little difficult for two ladies.

The breakfast was rather average, same with the dinner (all drinks like water or so were paid extra for dinner). Many of the stuff did not speak English too well. no coffee or tea or even a pot in the room.

Spa is nice, but...the water in the whirpool was not heated...i wass missing more chairs...I can not imagine, if there is more people than two of us...also, one room, where you can rest after sauna would ne great with chairs and with jug of water...Good is, that once you pay you can use it whole day...but it really could be better

no tea/coffee facility in room (4*?), iron is lent for 10€, 10:01 everything from breakfast buffet goes! no chance even for coffee refills, coffee Maschine switched off! there were many guests arguing who came just before 10am. really makes you feel, finish your meal and get out!

housekeeper was friendly and flexible and cleaned our room different time each day. Food is tasty and good choice (must like mushrooms, as on Friday 3/4 mains contained mushrooms)

The room was super small, one of the smallest in the hotel. I couldn't have an open case and walk freely.

The personnel was very friendly and dedicated, from the reception to the restaurant and the cleaning personnel. The buffet was quite good in variety.

Drinks not included in the half-board for dinner option. Air-con in the room was not managed well, some nights the air con could be on full blast whilst other nights, the air con was hardly on despite the settings being the same on both nights.

Great location. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast and dinner was simple but had good enough choices; breakfast was mostly a choice of simple fry-ups (eggs, bacon, mushroom) and the rest was cold / re-heated pastries, ham, cheese, donuts etc. The breakfast juices (apple, orange, pineapple and possibly peach) was great to have at start of the day as well as the coffee machine. Dinner was a rotating variety of paella, grilled / fried meats and plenty of salad options.
