Stayed here with my daughter for a short break in the sun. The staff were friendly and helpful, the hotel was super clean and the location was excellent. The food was exceptional in comparison to other buffets I have been to :-)

Very noisy late at nights and early mornigs. Overall bad sound isolation of rooms, lots of noise from the hotel corridors, hall and reception. Pretty much non existing wellness and gym. Most of the equipment nonfunctional or broken. Wellness very poor.

Friendliness to bikers /cyclists. Good choice and variety of meals for breakfasts and dinners. Overall cleanness of the hotel and good location.

We had room with jacuzzi and it took a long time for it to fill since the faucet pressure wasn’t strong enough. Also the stairs to the terrace were very dangerous, me as young person was very skeptical about it - I can’t imagine older person walking steps like this lol.

The hotel is very modern, clean and close to the beach. The staff was absolutely amazing and friendly . The receptionist with brown curly hair was the best - she was smiling all the time. Also Tomy from restaurant was amazing - always greeting us with smile. We really enjoyed our stay!

Rooms were ordinary, though nothing wrong with them. Jacuzzi or indoor pool could have been used only for an extra fee. The food selection is less than in many 3 star hotels but alright. The waiter was strict and annoying about meal times. He came 10 mins earlier to let us know about the remaining 10 mins and not a minute later when it was over came to tell us again, though we were just about to leave. Once when I asked for a full glass of wine (also said 2dl instead of 1 dl- what they always brought before when I asked for a glass of wine-) I was brought a bottle of wine, and when I said it was not what I asked for, he took it back but said that it will cause them a bit of problem.

The receptionist was very kind and helpful. Close to the beach and the airport is relatively close too.

A drink included with the eve meal would have been good

The room was great, spacious and a balcony o we looking the pool. The staff were all really friendly and helpful, always smiling, the pool was clean and private, we were half board and the breakfast and dinner was absolutely beautiful food, lots of choice but all delicious. Drinks are extra with dinner but there are coffee tea and juices at breakfast. The spa is amazing and we went every day. The location is 2 mins from the beachfront with miles of bars shops and restaurants and a lovely sandy beach.

First room offered not clean and door left open. Second room had water coming through ceiling! Complained to reception but no other rooms available apart from first one offered so had to go back to that. Told to just not put bathroom light on! Given another room next day, knobs came off both sides of bathroom door. Asked for refund for first night and told to email. 2 weeks later and hotel ignoring messages! Avoid this hotel!

Even though we were careful, the bathroom floor stayed flooded for a long time after showering. But this is a really minor thing, everything else was great!

A very nice hotel with a swimming pool. Close to the beach and also not far from the airport (accessible by taxi - 10 mins or local bus - 25 mins). A small market right next to the hotel. Good food as well as kind, friendly, helpful staff. On the first day we arrived late in the evening and missed the dinner, but the staff got out of their way to put some breakfast food aside for us, in case we were hungry. Their thoughtfulness made us so happy! We got a beautiful room on the first floor that had a large terrace with sunbeds. Not all rooms are like this, but ours was truly amazing.

Food looks very cheap, always the same, lack of options, had enough after 4 days. Design is no more than 3 stars. Reception Staff extremely rude and unprofessional. Rooms are very noisy where the door are supposed to be soundproof. Bathroom’s furniture covered in rust Management wise very poor, a lot of uncomfortable situations, such as: i reserved room with breakfast and paid for it and i had to provide proof because they thought it was without breakfast, wouldnt be a problem but they asked for it two days in a row. I would not recommend this venue to anyone.

Not worth the money. It looks much better on photos than in reality. Room was poor looking and equipped I miss kettle or at least glass. Breakfast includes the cheapest thing only with no label of alergens of at least name of food. No vegan or lactose-free options except margarin instead of butter but nothing else. Regarding style only really nice looking is entrance to the hotel rest is from the cheapest material without any interior design guidance. You don’t feel as in 4-star hotel but like as in 1-star max. Rating 4star hotel has to be some trap. Only value what I see is very close - walking distance to the nice white-sand beach also to the grocery and late checkout at the noon.

Reception staff was misleading us about issuing invoice for the stay. We travel a lot and first time we experienced problems getting invoice for business trip. Hotel was laying that it's not them responsible for giving invoice for the stay which was paid via booking.com. obviously it's not true and they waisted half hour of our stay not believing us, only bookin.com staff needed to explain those professionals how it's done. Anyway stay alone was not the best either! I got room for disabled people and my friend got such small room that bed was occupying all room! No place to work or even walk. At the end after all of that they wanted to charge us for bottled water in the room! Bad experience!

Only one thing we didn't like was that at the beginning we had kinda old towels,but we talked about this at the reception and after we started having new good looking softer bath towels.

Location is great,very close to the beach ,and bus station for airport to/from line. Very easy to get to the hotel from the airport and back by bus A2 and it takes just 25-30 min. Very friendly and helpful staff 😍 Food is varied and delicious ☺️ Hotel is not new,but very nice and clean will definitely recommend it to my friends and other people 👍

Felt like 3*.no frills. Pictures looked better then real life and you have to pay to rent a beach towel as well as pay to use spa facilities which should be included in the cost if the hotel is a 4* price. Not worth the value. I went to another 4 four Hipotels Gran playa de Palma and wow what a comparison! They felt like a 5* !

The only downsize was there was no proper door to the bathroom. It was a sliding glass door that didn't offer much privacy.

Great room, comfy beds, nice balcony, fantastic view of the pool and ocean, amazing rooftop terrace and hot-tubs.
