A very nice hotel in every respect…..the most comfortable bed I think I have ever had!!

Here and there was a bit of tear of exceeded usage in the room and bathroom. We asked for more clothing hangers (which we received within minutes, thanks to the very nice housekeeping) but had to take the ironing board out of the closet to actually have enough space to hang cloths.

Beautiful hotel with very nice loungy-feel, very nice rooms, nice staff (mostly, as did have one problem with one member of the roof bar staff), very nice roof bar with great drinks (did miss a some nibbles with the drinks though...), water and nibbles at the reception if you are in a hurry, FAB location.

Our aircon didn't seem to work - which made the room quite hot to be in, particularly when it's 33degrees outside! There was also a tour through the hotel on the two days we stayed, which made the hotel very busy!

The location of this hotel couldn't be more perfect - all of Bilbaos biggest attractions are within walking distance. The hotel itself was was beautifully appointed, very modern. The room was spacious, and felt luxurious.

The situation regarding the pool was confusing and we could not find any information about it in our room or on the screen. The gym hand weights could have a few lighter ones for women (2kg, 3kg). The air conditioning was a little high and it got a bit warm at night.

Breakfast was superb. All staff were excellent (friendly, helpful and not overbearing) including housekeeping, restaurant, reception and the front entrance. The room was very comfortable and well maintained. The location was excellent. It was a pleasure to stay here.

We didnt have breakfast there, we probably should have as the restaurant upstairs on the roof looked lovely.

The hotel was really gorgeous, comfortable, modern and stylish. The staff were very friendly and greeted us with an upgrade - how wonderful was that! Very wonderful and much appreciated.

The water temperature could be a bit more stable for the shower. It went from a bit cold to hot, couldn't manage to get an even stream.

Nothing major. There was a bit of noise on our floor from the restaurant above (scraping of chairs etc) so some kind of noise proofing could be worth looking into. We were also missing hand soap which was a bit unusual. Juice in the minibar and milk would also have been appreciated.

The staff made the experience for us. A particular thanks to Daniel at reception who was excellent and provided us with great advice and suggestions to make the most of our stay. The bar staff were also very attentive and made us an impressive gin and tonic with a local gin.

Not enough coat hangers in room and no soap to wash our hands.... otherwise no issues

When we,arrived we had a lovely guy check us in and he saw we got a room right away which was,a real bonus. Roofbar fabulous and one of the best breakfast we have had in a hotel. The room was very nice great shower and very comfortable bed.

The rooftop bar was good provided that the weather was dry and we had drinks there in the evening but one night when it had rained everything was soaking and the hotel didn’t have an indoor bar

The rooms were excellent with comfortable large bed. Bathroom was very clean and well equipped. Good coffee making facilities. The breakfast was very good and value for money. We had dinner in the Japanese fusion restaurant which was brilliant. The pool was great
