The staff were welcoming and friendly. We were given a free room upgrade which was large and clean.The bed,duvet and pillows very comfortable. The location was fantastic, right in the heart of the city. Outside you have metro and busses for all your travel needs. The sweets and biscuits were a pleasant surprise and nice little extra at reception. When I next visit I will be staying again.

Everything was perfect.

The hotel itself is fantastic. The location, the cleanliness, the services, the rooftop, the rooms. The breakfast!! Most importantly, the staff! We were treated with so much respect and kindness, nothing was too much trouble. Thank you for making our stay so wonderful!

Door from corridor to bathroom was difficult to use. Room felt a little cramped for a junior suite.

it need a deeper cleaning: glass with dust, dust everywhere, long hair on top of the carpet. batteries from some devices not working. not more coffee capsule, only decaf.

Located in the heart of the city, which gives you easy access to many wonderful bars and restaurants to enjoy local food. Stylish interior, excellent breakfast, friendly and helpful staff, especially in the restaurant. Super comfortable bed and the room has everything you need.

Super nice staff. They found out it was my partner's birthday and left us a little gift in the room. We also got a free upgrade for no reason. The hotel and the room itself was beautiful and the location is unbeatable - walking distance from most of Bilbao's main attractions. The breakfast buffet was OK but you can order special a la carte dishes that are super nice.

The staff is available at all times and really put in the work for you to have a pleasant stay. We stayed in the premium collection room, The room is very nice, bed comfortable, lot of drawers for your clothes, the bathroom in this room really is the bomb (the toilet has an incorporated water jet to clean yourself), the lighting options are such as you can opt for a romantic ambiance. And the breakfast mama mia, is the best I ever had. In addition to it being tasty, your plate is beautifully put together.

The pictures on booking were a bit misleading regarding the swimming pool. It is part of the spa, with paid acces and for adults only.

Luxurious hotel, beautiful design of the room and lobby. We got a corner room, wich was larger. Big bathroom with shower and bathtub. Dressing with iron and ironing table, safe. Breakfast is served in the restaurant on the 7th floor, with great view. Food varied. Taxi from the airport to the hotel was around 35 E.
