Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Slovakia-nothing extra for the money, definitely not 4star -there was no shampoo in toiletries. However ther was a bottle of something in the shower - soap? shower gel? conditioner? who knows... Maybe exchange the free tootbrush for shampoo? -promised sea view did not happen. With hotel orientation it is not possible, they should not have in on the website -sea is like 700m walking, not 350m (only as the crow flies, but not by foot) -curtains were falling of racks more and more everyday -no toilet brush ! -rooftop bar closes at 8 and prices of drinks are over the roof -rooftop pool does NOT overlook sea - I have no idea how did they make the photo they have here -we did not have breakfast, but for 30 euros you can get like 4 portions of breakfast in any café nearby
- quiet location, no disturbance at night - comfortable beds - mostly nice personnal, especially at front desk + fluent in English - front desk 24/7 (late check in and early check out not a problem)

On check in Andreea was very kind with us and she explained everything to us even what we can see in the city. She was so nice! Another man in the night (sorry didn’t catch name) was very helpful. Staff was kind but service poor, they asked for full payment in advance as they couldn’t make a pre authorization on the credit card, no express check out, basic toiletries, in the first room the water running from the tap was brown due to a heater problem. United Kingdom1. The bathroom had a foul smell from the moment we arrived. 2. The plug socket on the main wall in the room was hanging out, exposing wiring. 3. The toilet seat was insecure so you couldn’t sit on it safely. 4. We stayed at the hotel for 4 nights with friends, we booked a junior suite and a superior room but unfortunately we couldn’t shower as there was a problem with the boiler from the time we arrived until the morning we were due to leave. We spoke to the reception staff regarding alternative measures but they couldn’t help and we were promised an explanation from the manager which never came as he wasn’t available for the duration of our stay. At checkout the reception staff apologised for the inconvenience and offered us 20% of our stay back as a good will gesture, we feel that we deserve more as our trip to this hotel was unpleasant for start to finish. Please can you assist us with this issue. Thanks C Palmer

No guidance given by staff on arrival, no welcome pack in room, Air Con was unreadable and couldn’t use, no Wifi in room and had to ask for password, which still didn’t work, bed was like a camp bed, noisy and so uncomfortable, didn’t sleep as could hear everyone in hallways, doors being opened and closed ALL through the night, baby 3 rooms down could be heard crying allot, having breakfast outside you where met by bird poo and whole area in disrepair, coverings all ripped and looked awful, what finally took the did it was no hot water during while stay and just given 20% back as compensation! not happy what so ever and ruined a birthday present to my partner.
