Old, overpriced

I didn't sleep when I was there as the room sounded like there was water constantly running. If I'd had ear plugs this would have helped but I didn't. Also was near the lift so could hear people coming back late or leaving early.

The staff were really friendly and helpful on check in and if I needed any information. The location was perfect for me as a 15 min walk to where I needed to be most days.

Nothing as such, since it was end October the rooftop pool was probably not that clean. Anticipated a well operational pool.

Very good staff, well furnished property. Located conveniently on the beach & the suite we stayed had well ammenities and substantial large room with jacuzzi tub & glass walls.

Extremely expensive given the old and not well maintained place. Absolutely not what I am expecting from a 4start hotel. If the price would have been fare I wouldn't complain...

Gym, from 4 equipment pieces two were not working. Also Ive booked room with breakfast and staff made me pay breakfast separately, didn’t understand the reason why, hence occurred extra charges to my credit card. We’ve asked in the morning to fix tv that was not working and add some toilet paper, it was done only end of the day. Waited like 15 minutes for drinks by the pool bar, as staff disappeared somewhere. Phone in the room was not working at all.

The view from the windows isn't much (mostly it's the windows of another high-rise building across the street), though the staff moved us closer to the front, from where you could have a better glimpse on the sea. The only rooms with the sea view there are Junior Suites, I didn't realise that during booking and they were all busy by the time we arrived. The bathroom was decent, but I have seen a huge insect walking around there during the night, and the smell was a bit heavy. The fresh towels were provided every morning, but apparently they had a long career behind them, which left a few visible spots. The selection of vegetables during breakfast wasn't very exciting and every day everything has been more or less the same. There is some traffic outside, so during the weekdays there will be some city noise when the windows are open.

Great location (you can walk to the sea in the morning and take a swim or just get some fresh air, and there is the promenade going further with a lot of cafes and restaurants along the sea line). Awesome staff (24x7 desk) who quickly responded to our request and tried to resolve all issues as best as they could. Fairly good, filling breakfast. Large rooms with many sockets and large lockers, nicely-looking bathroom with the walk-in shower and a bidet. No noise from the other rooms. In general it was very quiet during the weekend evenings because the location is a little bit outside of the nightlife area (a few minutes walking would bring you to the beach promenade if that's what you were after :) )

Standard room was quite old, rooftop pool was not cleaned (leafes, dirt) maybe because of the end of the season (october) and the poolbar closed 23.00 because of noise reduction in the neighboorhood, which was understandable but sad. TV and telefon very old.

It was difficult to get to the centre we had planned to use the Turístic hop on hop off green route from near the hotel but this was not running and it was a long walk to the nearest red route stop in port Olympic. Even using the service bus it was a good distance to this stop.

It was clean and comfortable staff were very friendly and polite.
