Really clean throughout, beautiful accommodation and pools. The breakfast was the nicest breakfast I’ve had in any hotel! Huge choice. It was really quiet, food and drinks and service all lovely . I used the gym also and it was really well kitted out for a hotel gym!

The bar closed at 11, I was on a trip with my parents in their 60s and they thought the hotel was very tame The pillows??? One huge and one tiny, just have 2 normal and let people choose if they have 1 or 2, other than that beds were very comfy.

Property was immaculately clean Very good breakfast but could do with a little more variety throughout the week.

My room (on the side) was close to a busy road and far from reception etc. Also... the (included) breakfast was below par and could do with improvements.

Breakfast quality wasn’t the best - sausages some mornings, others it was hot dog sausages and on our last morning it was the prior day’s dry, shrivelled hot dog sausages served.

All staff were exceptionally welcoming & the whole hotel wasn’t just clean, it was Monica clean (Friends reference)

There was not much to dislike - do not have any reasonable complaints about this hotel!

The food was great! Lots of choice for the breakfast and a different themed dinner every evening. We opted for the evening dinner option, we are usually skeptical of the all inclusive style buffet and is not something we would go for, however, Sunprime hotel food was very good! They have a different theme every night with plenty of variety, including beer, wine and sangria on tap too. Such excellent value for money, I would highly recommend opting in for the dinner. The staff were very friendly and helpful.The beds are super comfortable and the hotel is quiet and peaceful throughout the day and evening, perfect if you are looking for a relaxing holiday. The yoga and various classes throughout the day was a great option to have too. We would definitely come back to this hotel!

The price and quality of drinks from the bar, the evening entertainment was cancelled at short notice and the location is a little too far from the centre.

Our second visit within a month first visit so good went back excellent staff and so laid back close to everything staff in restaurant couldn't do enough big thanks to jose and the team sorry we missed Ivan hope hes5having a good break see you next year

Nothing to dislike about this hotel just a bit away from the beech if that’s what you like but hotel provides free bus to and from the beach. Taxis very cheap also free bus to the big shopping centre.

Beautiful property very clean and spacious. Staff were very friendly and inviting couldn’t do enough for you. We were all inclusive and Food was great different choice every day and plenty of everything. Was with too adult teenagers and they always found plenty to eat, they made great use of the gym. Plenty of sun beds around the three pools we had two ground floor apartments next to the pool they were very spacious and had everything we needed. Could not fault this hotel one of the best we have ever been too will definitely return

The location is remote with only a spar shop on your doorstep. €5+ in a taxi to the beach. There is no courtesy room for departure.

The location is a bit away from the seaside, not a problem for us, and there is a taxi rank at the front of the hotel. €5.00 to the shopping centres and restaurants. 20 minute walk.

This hotel satisfies at every level of comfort and care. Highly recommended, and we will look for Sunprime Hotels in other destinations.

Was little further out from playa ingles beach than we expected; not really walking distance as would be a 20/30minute walk one way. However we ended up renting a car during our stay so it was just a 5 minute drive away, with a big car park right next to the beach (the hotel does offer a shuttle bus to the beach if needed though).

Nice pools - enjoyed the water aerobics classes. hotel is well maintained and cleaned regularly (rooms are cleaned daily unless you inform them otherwise). It is adults only so was nice and quiet which added to the relaxation. We had the breakfast and dinner option and loved that they did a different theme each night for dinner such as Italian, Mexican, international etc, asian night was our favourite as they had someone making fresh maki roll sushi. The breakfast was good, lots of options and fresh fruit. Staff were really nice and ready to help with anything, especially Mr Ivan who we encountered the most during dinner time in the restaurant, he was very attentive, always checking up on guests and would listen and pass on any feedback you gave, by the second day he had remembered our names and room number whenever we came to dinner which was nice. They have a small shop on site but there is also a dino and spar supermarket less than 5 minutes walk away. There is a spa on site, but we didn't end up using this service. Parking at the hotel is great, lots of free spaces, never struggled to find a space. Would be happy to stay here again !

The drinks were a bit expensive in the hotel

Breakfast was really good.Plenty of choice for everyone.We were half board.There was a themed night in the restaurant every night.Again the food was really nice and plenty of choice for all. It is a very peaceful hotel .Plenty of sunbeds and 3 pools .There was a curtsey bus every day to the beach and back it left at 3 different times in the morning and returning late afternoon. There was a gym and also a workout class most mornings . Taxis were always outside reception if needed or a 5 minute walk to the bus stops for most bus routes. We caught the bus back to the airport it was 3.50 euros each. I must say how helpful reception are .They provided us with bus timetables and maps where to catch the bus which was great for getting around the island.

A few little things. The tiles on our balcony were swollen and raised, air-conditioned but not strong (having windows open was much better and cooler. Natural air flow is dreamy.

Staff are friendly, genuine, helpful and relaxed. Food as part of the all inclusive experience was delicious with many options and variety to cater to different dietary requirements. The pools, aqua aerobics and spa were amazing! A flavour for everyone. Looking forward to come back. Thank you Laura, Jose in the dining room and Jose at reception, and Daniel. All being so helpful. The parasol for the beach was much appreciated.

Air con in the gym could be better. The facilitiy of a shower in the toilet block after check out could be better. Most other hotels have courtesy rooms.tonget ready for a late departure.

Staff were all really friendly, great welcome touch with a glass of cold cava. Salmon for breakfast was a nice touch. Child.free property.

Long distance to the beach, but it wasn't a problem.

Super extra clean hotel, everything was perfect: apt, plenty of place for cars nearby, super nice pools, breakfast - everything what you want:) Great stay for holidays:)
