It is surrounded by busy roads , aircon was turned off so room was hot but couldn’t leave windows open because of the noisy traffic. The room was very poor with chipped doors , cheap badly fitted laminate flooring, no shampoos etc just cheap all in one soap dispenser. Bathroom wasn’t very clean and needs total refurbishment. I understand that we have 2 dogs and maybe in a more basic room but the charge per dog per night is 18 euros (36 in total) and even in the smartest hotel we have only ever paid at the most 12 euros per dog . Entrance to hotel is badly signed !

I couldn't sleep the first night due to noises from the elevator and the other rooms. After asking for another room for the second room, I'm given a room next to the reception and the breakfast area. Again noises from other rooms, dogs barking, and the cars from the road...very poor soundproofing Smell of pipes in one of the rooms Reception closes during the night

When booking through "Booking," we asked for a room on the first (bottom) floor and received confirmation from the hotel. Upon arriving, we were told we could not have a room on the first floor since we should have asked for that when we booked (which we had). It was not the end of the world for us, but an excuse would have been nicer than blaming the customer. The way this was handled was a bit annoying and actually made us book another hotel when we pass Irún next time.

The breakfast was nice. We wish it opened a bit earlier in the weekend, though. The room was fine, and the bed was comfortable. We have stayed there several times, usually finding it very good for a night's sleep during a long drive.

Although pets are admitted you are not allowed to take them into the restaurant nor the breakfast room. So if you are an individual traveller with a pet you have a problem. You are charged 18 euros extra for the pet but the hotel is not exactly pet friendly.

Arrived late and the nearest place for food was a supermarket that was a bit of a long walk.

Very spacious rooms and lovely big bath tub, perfect after a 750 K car journey. This was just a stopover but I'd stay again.

Sofa is broken. Unable to seat / rest properly. Unable to sleep comfortably due to dirty bedsheets with dirty stain. During booking the picture comes with both bathtub and shower, but we only have bathtub. The bathtub is slippery and risky. I feel that the room is small due to low ceiling height.

Hotel is a bit out of town if you are planning to explore area but super for a short overnight stop! Hotel is located within a large traffic island and the entrances are a little difficult to locate, especially in the dark!

Have stayed before when driving South. Hotel is close to motorway with large car parks which are patrolled by local police. Food was good and reasonably priced although restaurant got very busy.

Mostly the lack of any kind of noise insulation. The people (guests) were very loud or the rooms are very, very poorly insulated against the sound. The beds were too firm for my taste and it is kind of outdated for the price I paid. Parking space was very limited and I had to park off to the side. I skipped breakfast so I cannot judge what this is like. This place may be OK-ish if you're staying for one night, but you can get so much better in the surrounding area and surrounding hotels. Please don't bother staying here.

Checking in went reasonably quick and smoothly but that is kind of where the good things came to an end. The hotel is right next to the highway for those that care about this.

It is very noisy, you can hear everything from other rooms and the traffic. There are bed bugs and they know it and haven’t done anything to eliminate them. I just checked reviews from a couple of months ago with the same problem. It is horrible, I am all covered in bites. Besides the furniture is all and the bathroom and shower is full of mould. Never again!! Luckily it was only one night!

I phone in advence asking if the restaurant was open 24 for 25, the persone on the phone said yes but was not open. the bathroom with some long black hairs, not mine. there's no toilet brush in the toilet rooms... could help. Inn the morning the floor near the acess to the bar/restaurant was durty and nobody took any action to clean. Highly sticky!

Hidden fees for allowing our two dogs to stay, 32 euros for 1 night for dogs? The costs was not made apparent until after booking and Booking.com failed to show this fee on the booking portal. Had we been made aware before booking we woul dnot have stayed there! There is nothing special about the hotel but a one night stop over was ok, We could not stay any longer .

Breakfast which was paid for was nice. Good selection of products.
