Everything was good.

Comfortable traditional hotel close to the railway station. Despite its location it wasn't noisy. Welcoming and friendly staff. The marble bathroom was a touch of luxury. Large bedroom with an enormous bed - bliss.

The furniture seemed very outdated and some surfaces very dirty. We didn’t like the blankets too, they were not fully covered.

We came to Algeciras with the sole purpose of visiting Gibraltar. The bus station where the bus to Gibraltar starts its road was 30 seconds from the hotel so it was very nice. Perfect location to reach the center of the town as well.

Location was excellent between the railway station and port terminal. The rooms were well insulated. Big comfy beds in a spacious room and sumptuous marble bathroom. Good choice at breakfast. Would stay there again and recommend it to others.

Great price for the central location and good rooms. Enjoyed good cups of coffee, friendly helpful front desk staff, and a good buffet breakfast. Rooms were spacious and comfortable.

The entrance to the hotel was really dirty. While I understand the wind had blown all the trash to that place, a hotel this big should be able to hire someone to keep it clean. The hotel shares the same building as the bus terminal,That's great in terms of being able to catch an early bus, but it also means the eateries nearby are low quality. You have to take a taxi or walk half an hour to find a decent restaurant.

Nice comfortable hotel. A 15 min walk from the ferry terminal, and housed in the same building as the bus terminal. So if proximity to transportation matters (like it did for us), this is a great option. Frankly, the hotel pretty much offers all the facilities you would expect.

Few odds and sods maintenance items need attention. The window does not close very securely leaky bath faucet and finicky electric card slot but all survivable they just need a little attention

The staff are awesome and anticipated my needs and had answers to all questions upon arrival. Location is good for train, bus or port. Excellent breakfast daily, quiet room

The area is at night not so nice, not unsafe, but even if the old town is very close, few terraces open.

The hotel is very clean , nice room, everything you need, the parking is 10 eur but safe, underground and with elevator to the hotel

I dont regard the hotel as 4 star hotel. Should be 3 star.

What i don't like is, The hotel don't have one big bed, so they put a twin bed, and this is not comfortable because moved easily. I hope from the hotel to improve this part

Located close to the Port Good sized room Good breakfast - 8 Euros if not included in the room price Good shower pressure and plenty of hot water Very clean throughout I stayed two nights and slept well No noise at night It is within walking distance of the town centre and next to the bus station. The train station is a two-minute walk away Wifi was mostly good Good AC for heating I visited a mobile shop just along from the hotel and was able to buy a SIM for Spain
