The restaurant needed many blue light fly machines maybe about 4-6. Flies were all over the walls and ceilings and several times they were landing on you constantly while you were trying to eat and landing on the foods all open on the buffet also had a cockroach running around our feet on one occasion. We kept getting a real awful smell of sewerage coming through our hotel room at all different times of the day and nite! The bar ques were often long but good selection of drinks. The entertainment team was absolutely great. Entertainment was good the team who run that are amazing! Daily fun aqua gym pool and darts competitions and some good daily entertainment too! Good nightly entertainment and staff were friendly and helpful. You can walk from hotel 5 mins to beach, bar and restaurants shops etc. Beds big and comfy and room kept very clean! All in all would definitely return.

We was all inclusive and the buffet restaurant always had plenty of choices from omelete”s made to order, full English, pancakes, pastries cold buffet cereals etc alway plenty to choose from at each sitting.

Went all inclusive on this one. Good selection for breakfast and dinner. Overall very nice hotel and would return. Room abit on the small size but adequate. Staff are very friendly and nice location. Easy to access the bus. Travelled in April so on the cool side for the outdoor pool.

A few odd cockroaches in the food hall but they were quickly dealt with and probably somewhat unavoidable. Bar ques were terrible felt sorry for the staff but one time qued for mins. Stage a bit tired, towels and sun beds worn and jacuzzi broken and old. Hotel lovely just needs a bit of an update.

Good reception, clean rooms, water aerobics were fun as were the staff. Plenty of good food choices.location is great Santa Ponsa is lively with a great long sandy beach plenty of bars and restaurants,roof terrace has great views. Large pool and con my large beds!

Ran out of towels, can’t take drinks from the restaurant and no drinks to the room ( a single parent with a 9 year old not ideal) , no floats , some grumpy staff

Some areas of the hotel was very tired the rooms and balcony’s could do with an update . And the pool area is far too crowded with beds your literally sunbathing on top of one another but at least they have plenty of beds !!

3 of us in a room only ever got 2 towels and no small towels . Roof pool needs to be open longer . Would have been nice to go up for a drink at end of day it was always to busy in day to go so never used it. Last year stayed at H10 next door . Pool was amazing

Didn’t like queuing for drinks, especially during the day although bar staff did their best and were always very nice especially Juan. Stair carpets from reception to 1st floor need replacing or cleaning, or at least hoovering regularly.

Food was excellent. Entertainment staff were very good especially Ali and Jose. Evening shows were good. Pool was lovely and warm, lots of beds always available. Night receptionist was a very nice friendly gentleman.

I paid for premium room. 404 dirty smelly kitchen extract that was leaking right outside patio doors. the noise from the extract fan was loud and when first turned on vibrated stuff in room. cool curtains had loads of holes in them. so for premium room not for me. had to change room. had to wait half a day to move. no happy

Will start with lack of communication, we messaged hotel 4 times to ask about taxi and transfer from airport and didn’t get any reply. The walls are paper thin! Could hear neighbours every sneeze and cough and chat. If you are lucky just as we were - to have super noisy neighbours - not great. Tried the snack bar - bistro restaurant, for same price and even cheaper, you have way better options at nearby restaurants. So if you don’t have all inclusive defo not worth it. Cocktails are ok, though again if you don’t have all inclusive - not worth the money. Beer not good. Food and drinks at nearby restaurants/cafes better and cheaper. Housekeepers shocking! - knocking on the door 9am and opening the door straight away, so you don’t have time to even lift your head from the pillow. No “no disturb” door hangers. It was very disturbing for us having them knock on the door 9am every morning, even the day of our checkout!

From pros: We arrived and checked in late, around 11pm, Barbara at the reception was very nice and friendly. We had a premium double room on 5th floor overlooking the front of the hotel. Nice and quiet. The hotel is very clean, inside and outside. We’ve been first week in May, so I guess not too many people and always available sun loungers. Entertainment team are super friendly and positive! All the staff we interacted with are very friendly and welcoming. We had bed and breakfast option, breakfast ok, though all same every day. Location is perfect, very close to the beach and local restaurants&bars.

Our room was facing east and was very noisy in the mornings from 7am to 7:15am with hotel trucks removing garbage, etc. Entertainment quality can be improved.

Location was good. Close to the beach and Tennis courts. Bike storage room was useful to store our bikes.
