Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

United KingdomThe location was fantastic – so close to everything, and the place was very clean! The only things I didn’t love were the bathroom mirror, which is really high, so I had to use my travel mirror to do my makeup, and the pillow, which was a bit too soft for my liking. Overall, though, a good stay!

FinlandThe storage of a heater and a fan in the small closet meant my coat and longer clothes were a little awkward. Also, you may consider bringing your own towel as the linens were on the light side.
The location is unbeatable. I was nervous about the self-service model, but it was smooth and someone was available to answer any inquiries via sms. Quality of 'extras' like the shopping bag and beverages were better than I expected.

BrazilIt was very hard to let the bathroom dried after the shower because of the chosen floor (small tiles with space among them). Also a bit of a challenge to arrive there if you are carrying a luggage, and when I asked about how to get there, instructions were really far from clear (please just have a standard message to send to people, easy like that). And as amazing as is to have a French press available, if you don’t know how to prepare coffee with that, ot is just terrible coffee. Instructions are also needed.
It is modern, very nice, good kitchen and laundry available. I also enjoyed the fact that there is a partnership with a very good local gym.

The room was very good, very very (very) well equipped and cleanliness was great. Comfy beds and very well welcomed either by staff (via WhatsApp) and the room itself as there was many "gift" and qualitative items (roasted coffee, great tea, chocolate,...). The concept itself is very good, and easy to use through the website. Will stay again in Bob W but not via Booking, we had a discount this time but it looks cheaper on their site.

It's quite close to the main train station of Helsinki and the Metro system. Not much voice from outside, lot of restaurants and possiblities of sightseeing around.

The location is fantastic! The room was incredibly well appointed and comfortable. Communication was great. We very much enjoyed the Social Kitchen with everything you need to cook a meal and even basics like eggs, oats, fruit, butter milk etc. provided. It was a bonus to be able to store our luggage in a shared closet on the day of our departure. The staff and particularly the Operations Manager are very friendly and truly care about the Guest experience. We highly recommend the Bob W!

AustraliaThere are no staff at the location for assistance. You can message staff but response rates are not always reliable. Nevertheless the staff we spoke to (via chat) were friendly and helpful. There is a social kitchen which is great but a small space to hang out in with some couches would be great.
Rooms are beautifully fitted out with everything you need. Excellent location and luggage storage for working around flight times. I also made use of the gym pass which was a nice extra!

QatarThe stairs going to the front door of the hotel. Google maps will show you the way with stairs. So for guests with huge luggages, be prepared. However, there is another way to get to the hotel from the back
Amenities are complete, you hve everything you need. Location is near the metro station. I like that the toilet has bidet 🙂
