Room #201 is near the front door, which closed rather loudly. So people with trouble sleeping might want to ask for another room.

Something wrong with the climate system. It was cool yet I woke up swetting. Bedsheets and pillows did not breathe.

It had everything you need and more! Amazing location in the central, everything was clean, shared kitchen was well stocked and they even had a laundry area. Even though everything is self-check in, the details needed were enough for you to check into the room yourself. Nearby the train station as well to go to the airport. Highly recommend!!!

The provision of fresh eggs, tea, coffee and fresh fruits with basic cooking condiments were greatly appreciated. The share kitchen was well maintained. Didn't have a chance to try the laundry facilities as it was the start of our 20-day trip but I am sure it's extremely handy to have the washer available.

Wet floor was quite slippery. Might want to put skid proofing on some of the tiles in the shower.

We liked the concept of Bob W; very self contained room with all the basic comforts of home. Having the shared kitchen, which was well stocked was an added bonus. Great location, easy to find.

It would be nice to have air conditioning, as the room was getting stuffy and hot at night and the window was overlooking a noisy street

Location was perfect, 5 mins walk from the main train station. Plenty of shops and places to eat nearby. Easy contactless check-in, nicely fitted room, very comfy bed. We didn't use the shared kitchen as we were eating out, but it looked nice and well equipped.

To throw gages at the day of checkout. Too hot inside right now. They said they are using the central hearting systems but finally I found the fun in my room. So that somehow I can manage the temperature in the room.

Best place without too expensive fee. The inside is clean and there are so many basic travel items in the room and shared kitchen.

We had two rooms and in one of them the windows didn’t open at all.

There really was no on around to assist you except for the cleaning team. So when one side of the shower dividers gave way, I had to check it out how to reach somebody to take care of it.

We were satisfied with everything - location, comfortable beds, cleaniness, attentative staff (although only via whatsapp - which is actually maybe even better), breakfast in near caffes (Fazer is the better one imho) and those nice little touches - instax, local chocolate, coffee, yoga mats or complimentary gym access (which we did not use, but still). All in all great stay in the central Helsinki.

You need to remember your room code to get inside.

Cozy small place, clean. You get some small perks like nice ground coffee and chocolate in your room, as well as a gym access. We liked the large communal kitchen which even had free essentials like milk or even instant porridge and we saw old fruits were getting replaced and the kitchen cleaned. There is also a laundry room and a luggage storage room- all accessible with your room code. There is no staff on site apart from the cleaners but there is a quick WhatsApp support. Location is perfect - very central and close to the station. There is a supermarket which is open until 10pm just downstairs (entry through the metro).
