It's just like the picture. The room was small, but everything is very well thought out and comfortable to stay in. There is a kettle, coffee maker and even a yoga mat. Comfortable, comfy mattresses, thick curtains. The bathroom is large enough and the floor is heated. This is a separate plus) If you have a large luggage can easily be taken to a special room. The kitchen is well-equipped, there is everything you need. Location in the city center.

As a suggestion, would be more comfortable to have borders in the shower and wider curtain because water passes through to the bathroom and not very convenient to walk there afterwards.

That was an amazing property with a lot of thoughtful client oriented pleasant details, looking like an art space. Everything has a nice design in a style related to the city it is located in and most of the things had the brand labels (Bob W). There were some cute gifts for guests (Finnish coffee and handmade chocolate), personal postcard, free passes to a gym nearby. More than expected for its price. The owner also cares about ecology and everything is reused or recyclable, you can see some nice recommendations, etc. The property includes all the necessary things and even more (were surprised by being provided with all kinds of cables and chargers, cotton pads, reusable bottles for water to take away, reusable bag). Everything is online (check-in/out) and well organized, but even without receptionists you feel like you were met by a lovely host who is talking to you and taking care through all the littles things and personal notes. And also, we got reply online really quickly when had some questions. Communication with the staff was very smooth and pleasant. Also, the owner provides luggage storage for free at the day of check-out, it was really relevant for us. Would love to stay there again and already recommended this place to friends. The room was quite small but for a short stay it was perfect for us.

Warm in all the aspects… warm staff answering at the first moment, great facilities, even with a polaroid that you can borrow!! Location is close to Artenum and train station, but quiet!

Maybe the room was a bit tiny for 4 people, but if you need it for 1/2 nights could be fine as well.

The room is cosy and very easy to self check in, location is close to central, the kitchen is very clean and tidy, laundry is also very easy and convenient to use. The most like part , I guess was the team for Bob w Kluuvi, they were so care about how comfortable that guests stay there more than anything. I was very lucky to choose them, happy and feel like my own place to stayed there.

It could not accommodate our family if 5, so we had to book 2 rooms.

Like the personalized note given by both of our Bob stays in Helsinki and the watsapp number that was given so that we could contact especially during emergency. The WiFi was down but they were quick to respond to us and manage to resolve it asap. This accommodation is also a walking distance to most major attractions. Lastly, the shared kitchen was an excellent place for us to settle our Christmas Eve meals since most restaurants were closed.

Location was perfect. We walked everywhere that we want to see. Also there were some tinny suprises on the room that makes us happy. Checkin with an online code was a good idea thay we liked it. For the checkin and checkout date they allows you to use luggage room.

The room exceeded expectations. I would like to stay there forever. It was very easy to find. Everything is understandable with the entrance and keys. Very close to grocery stores, cafes of various tastes and public transport, which was important to us. Also we had a fun evening with a mini camera.

It was super close to the train station, there’s a supermarket within 2 min walk. The room was comfortable. There were many small things like warm drinks, Polaroid, water bottles and well equipped kitchen that makes the stay extra cozy.

Extraction fan runs constantly within bathroom so can be noisy when trying to sleep. Room temperature could be a bit warmer during colder months.

Amazing location with high standard of finish in the rooms. Very well equipped with everything you need during your stay with nice touches, gym passes etc. Contactless check in works well with easy access to help if required.

Bob had it all! Even things you do not actually need they were there. From charges to water bottles to event polaroid camera to capture the moments of your visit! Very nice rooms, clean and comfortable! The bathroom had shampoo and conditioner products so you don't have to buy! Even if there was not breakfast there is a supermarket just outside where you can take whatever you need and eat it in Bob's kitchen. The location is perfect right next to the train station. For those who have late flights you can store your luggage for as long as you need!

The table is too small if you want to work with computer and the chair is not suitable for working. The sound proofing is not good because I can hear the next room talking.
