Excellent location. Access to a kitchen and basic food items and fruit, and laundry facilities, which was nice Other little items in the room like cables, carry bag, free access to a gym though we didn’t use it. Access to luggage room after checkout was handy as our flight was past midnight.

Perhaps to have cream in the room fridge for the coffee? There was none and no milk in the common fridge so our plans to enjoy the filter coffee provided (tks!) went awry...

The room was fairly small and the colour scheme a bit bland but otherwise everything felt high quality and like the staff really make an effort to go above and beyond. There are some breakfast deals available for nearby cafés which for us weren't included but also weren't an actual great deal if you consider that the community kitchen is already pretty well stocked with a lot of things!

I couldn't figure out beforehand what I'd actually booked - was it a hotel, or a room in an apartment? Turns out it was kind of both. A long hallway with lots of rooms, but no reception. The access to the building and the room worked via a key code, and there is a communal kitchen which gives low-key hostel vibes, but without the bustling vibes that hostels usually have. Staff was in touch though to check all was well and in case there were issues, which was great. Lots of little extras in the room, including high-quality coffee and a yoga mat. Access to a fully-stocked kitchen and a gym (which we didn't use). Location is amazing. The street outside is noisy but the windows are very good at blocking out all sound. Blackout curtains helped sleep during the short nights in late June! I loved all the little touches like reusable waterbottles available in the room for borrowing, and a Polaroid camera too. Overall much more than I'd have expected from a place like this.

I liked everything about the property. A bath would have been nice but, no big deal!

Next to a big road, if you open the window you can hear all the traffic. It was hot at times being end of June and I needed to open the window.

The toilet was a bit dated. In other rooms, the toilet was much better looking. The air ventilation in the room was very noisy. I was provided with ear plugs but still it was not super comfortable while sleeping.

The room was nice, and the position perfect. The concept of the hotel is quite unique and lovely. A yoga mat and other items are available in the room.

Location is quite good, which is right in the city center. You will be able to go back for a quick rest in the middle the day. There’s even washing machine and drying rack for your laundry.

While my overall experience was positive, I must mention a minor inconvenience that affected my stay: the constant and disturbing noise emanating from the ventilation system was quite annoying. Moreover, while the room itself was pleasant, the exterior of the building did not match the same level of appeal.

During my recent business trip, I chose this accomodation due to its good value compared to other options available. My room had a comfortable bed and a spacious, modern bathroom. One of the highlights of my stay was the provision of small snacks and beverages. I particularly enjoyed the assortment of treats available, including chocolates, a variety of teas, and the cloudberry soda. I found enjoyable the opportunity to use an instant camera and to take home a canvas bag. I also appreciated the tranquility of the area despite the fact that the room was next to a main road.

To reduce the temperature of the room meant opening windows. This did not work well with being positioned immediately over a very busy road with Trams, Buses and heavy traffic for 20hrs a day AND a pub immediately below our room. Temperature control had to be balanced with noise tolerance Using the shower flooded the entire bathroom floor, which required using a provided squeegee to clear each time. A standard drainage slope would resolve much of this. Mapping provided by booking.com was grossly inaccurate and in fact directed us to the wrong location. Locals and a police officer could not assist in directing us to the accommodation. We finally got help from a local hotel concierge after over an hour (in torrential rain)

The communal kitchen was excellent. Good design and facilities. Location could not be better.

The only thing that would be nice was if I could control the fan for aircon myself. I like it very quit in the night. But not a big problem.

Noise from cars hitting the tram lines outside the room. The bathroom has a weird shape that pulls the water out of the shower area which makes a bit of a mess.

I liked the materials in the room, the locally-sourced stuff, the central location to the railway station, trams, museums and of course the parks. Got the room in an offer, so the value-for-money was good.

Good position near the central station and the city center. We really loved the details : yoga mat, hair dryer, polaroid, chocolate, tea, coffee... everything you can think of and more! nothing, I recommend that you indicate even more clearly that your location is next to the metro station. 1 stop from the central train station. It's only a short walk but I had quite a lot of luggage and then it's even more comfortable to travel by metro

what a beautiful location. super central. perfect traffic link to Olympia terminal, mainstaition and Linnanmäki. couldn’t ask for me. lovely interior, clean, great wifi, … and so many lovely gimmicks - Totenbahre, waterbotle, instasnap, chocolate, game console, coffee - all free to use! and super quiet.
