Excellent location, lovely clean room, beds very comfortable, we loved all the little extras on the information wall. We had a bit of trouble with our pin but called the help desk and we were sorted out straight away by a very helpful girl Would definitely recommend Bob W

Very cool decoration and the room was full of perks that you can use during your stay, like Polaroid camera, yoga mat, refillable water bottle, canvas bag. Location is also very central.

the water in the shower wasn’t very hot but I think that can’t be helped.

everything was delightful! location, facilities. we were a family of three and it fit us perfectly. all the little details were lovely and we felt right at home.

The hotel was really nice. The location was convenient and close to the train. The room itself was spacious.

Major issue was ventilation. It was not adjustable, it was loud and it lead to super dry, office-like air quality and I couldn't really sleep because of it. I had to go buy super-moisturiser to survive! Mind you outside it was -10 --15C so air was dry there as well. Temperature in room was fine though.

Room was neat and tidy, some fun bonuses included retro video games, polaroid camera.. I really appreciated the coffee(local great coffee&presso pan) and chocolate, bed was very comfy and furniture good taste and cool. Everything was pretty great! Except...

We came earlier than planned and had no idea our room would unlock only after the specified time of arrival. The support staff online was really helpful, we just felt desperate when we came and couldn’t get in. Also the room changed with our updated time, so it was a bit crazy feeling.

We enjoyed a very central location close to the sights and train station to catch our early flight. In addition there were all kinds of handy things to borrow or take like an umbrella or gym pass.

Excellent stay! Located within walking distance to Helsinki Cathedral & Senate Square where there's the Christmas market & lots of other shops/restaurants. Also a chill walk to Old Market Hall. The room itself was excellent -- warm room, great shower, clean facilities. LOVE the fact that there's a cute little board that recommends you places to go & eat at, complete with postcards, a polaroid camera, charging cables, etc! There's also this little info sheet that tells you about how the furniture in the room are all in support of local, sustainable brands. Probably my favourite stay in the whole of my Finland trip! :)

I have nothing but praise! No negative comments.

The property had everything you need and then more…even down to a yoga mat!! The place was extremely clean, well equipped and organized! I can’t say enough about how wonderful my stay was! I also want to comment on how the owner answered everyone of my questions within a very short period of time!!

I totally loved the location as it is very central and easy to walk everywhere. In case of an early flight, the distance to the train station is very helpful (few min walk).

The room was quite noisy because of the heating/fan and there was no way to turn this of.

Very central location in a beautiful city. Very close to the central station, restaurants, cafes, cultural objects, and shopping centers. Extremely clean room, local coffee, ceramics, and welcome gifts. Loved it.

Can't complain about anything really.

Right at the center of the city. The place was great and the size of the room was just right. Nothing too fancy but has all the things you need right then and there. There was even a gym card, a retro console, as well as a polaroid camera to use - included with the price!

there’s a short staircase before you get to the hotel entrance.

love the interior. location is pretty good! One more thing I love about Bob is that they ask questions via WhatsApp really fast. But I was sad that I just found out there’s washing machine and shared kitchen when I checked out🤣 because my room was next to the entrance and I never got a chance to go in further of the hotel 🤣
