Breakfast was amazing. Please pay attention, that swimming pool is open air, water is cold in the pool and in April it is extremely cold to use swimming pool. In summer could be ok.

Lovely hotel! The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. The room was lovely and comfortable. I loved the facilities, used the gym, sauna and pool every day of my stay! The pool is outside, so it is cold going in, but that feels amazing after the sauna!

We really had a good stay but some things could've been improved. We would've appreciated having slippers in our room. The breakfast, while fulfilling, could've been different on different days. The food items were exactly the same on both days we stayed at the hotel. Also there's was no brewed tea which we would've liked. We tried the sauna facilities but we were wondering if the pool could've been warmer. 27 degrees in cold weather felt relatively chilling.

The view was amazing! Highly recommended! The room decoration was very pleasant. There were also sauna facilities available which is a must for a Finnish hotel. Whenever we needed help the hotel staff was ready to help, one staff member even started speaking Turkish upon hearing we came from Turkey! The breakfast was very fulfilling and all kinds of food items were served. We also found it very convenient to have an ice dispenser in the hallway. It saved us! As a last thing we have to mention that the toilet was very nice and spacious.

I wish there were more options on the tv set in english or other european languages. I would also appreciate the option for afternoon coffee/tea and snacks on the roof bar.

The staff were always available and pleasant. The premises and especially the room was always clean. All Meals were tasty and with a wide selection. The roof bar was a beautiful space.

A great Hotel run by very friendly & helpful staff. Rooms are a good size furnished very tastefully with comfy beds & pillows. Lovely big bathroom. Tram & bus stop just across the road & 5 minutes to ferry terminal. A top floor bar with panoramic views of Helsinki. Full buffet breakfast to get your day started. I have stayed here 5 times & never disappointed.

Honestly, I had to think really hard to identify any potential service concerns. If I had to mention something, it would be that the area around the reception desks is a bit too narrow to form a queue at all three desks, which can make it unclear and a bit messy who is next in line to be helped, especially during busy times at reception. I think the cause can be found in the desks positioned quite close to the relaxation couches in that area. But honestly, this is just nit-picking.

The exceptional and genuine friendliness of the employees, the immaculate cleanliness of the entire venue, and the impressive variety of the breakfast buffet truly stand out. Zooming in on the room level, I was really impressed with the high-quality trim level of soaps in the bathroom, the Rituals dispensers. Additionally, the casting application on the TV is a fantastic add-on!

At the time of arrival there was construction around the pavements/river walkway but this will obviously be finished in due course. A little walk from the centre, which I knew of, but public transport is close by if needed.

Only downside is booked taxi charged us much much more than the airport taxi I won’t recommend it.

Location is near to the port so we planned a day trip to Tallinn. Pool is very good and sauna as well. I liked the breakfast and staff is very kind.

I didn’t feel it was great value for money given room sizes. It would have been nice if there had been clarity that the pool is basically outside - we mostly booked for the reason of a pool to relax in, but we visited once only for a few seconds after running across snow and ice on the deck.

The beds were very comfortable, rooms were quiet, staff were friendly and breakfast was excellent. We enjoyed the Sky Bar view. The whole hotel was very clean.

The staff was friendly and the room rather big and very clean. The breakfast was big and quite tasty. The pool and sauna of course add to the whole experience and we really enjoyed our time. The bar and view from it is breattaking It takes you about 15minutes to the citycenter by tram, station right in front of the hotel.
