It is a nice and cozy apartment, centrally located and has access to all modes of public transport. Just a 10 min walk from the Helsinki central railway station and 2 mins from the rock church. The apartment has all the amenities and the check in instructions are super easy. Taavi also helped us with an early check in free of cost. Overall I had a great experience.

Only bad part of the whole stay was that the bathroom had a bit of a smell but usually when we kept the door closed it was okay.

Absolutely brilliant. Manageable walk from train station and likewise from the bus station. Perfect location for Helsinki, no matter the reason you are visiting. Host communication brilliant. We thoroughly enjoyed our 4 night stay. A suitable sized kitchen with a big fridge and freezer. Comfortable bed. Shower recess of a decent size. Vanity sink small but suitable. Washing machine. The bathroom was not very spacious making it a but difficult to move around. Windows are facing the car park of the residents nearby, so not much privacy. Bed is a bit small for 2 people and the mattress is not firm, so a bit uncomfortable for my preference.

Very cozy and clean studio apartment that is a few meters away from the central station. There is an underground pedestrian pathway located at the back of the central station that can lead to the street where the apartment is situated. Host was very welcoming and helpful. Very secured apartment with nearby restaurants and shops. If you are a nature lover and likes to go for walks, the apartment is about 20 minutes away from Hietaranta beach.

Excellent location and well equipped studio for a few days in town. The check-in was flawless, and we had no trouble settling in. Very comfortable bed and was a good base for our long weekend.

Apartment was small with a tiny shower and only one armchair, but this didn't bother us overmuch as its small size was to be expected so close to the city centre.

Cozy apartment, clean and well-appointed in a fantastic location close to all amenities. Our host Taavi gave us great ideas for nearby Helsinki attractions: the new library Oodi was a standout. Overall, I would highly recommend this apartment, and it exceeded my expectations! The only minor downside was that the bathroom sink was small.

The apartment is spacious, comfortable, quiet, and it is located within walking distance of the main bus and train stations. I would highly recommend it as a place to stay for both solo travellers or for couples visiting Helsinki for a few days, and I would love to stay there again! The owner was also always quick to reply to my messages and she was very helpful.

Just one small thing: I don't know if shampoo and these kind of products are included in the price but all of them were almost empty. If they are not included, they shouldn't be there at all.

Nice location, in walking distance to center and tram stop. Clean, cozy and comfortable. Well equipped for people that stay longer and need to cook and clean clothes. Very nice that the curtains are thick and we could sleep after sunrise.

There was nothing NOT to like in FREDA studio.

FREDA apartment was cozy, warm, clean and well equipped. Above all, it is 15 minutes walking distance of Central train station. Most of the Helsinki attractions are also within walking distance. Same goes for grocery shops, shopping mall (Kamppi), souvenir shops, the beach, restaurants, etc. We highly recommend Natural history museum of Finland that is just around the corner. Temppeliaukion Church is at the end of the street. Taavi is wonderful host, and he provided all the necessary info. For such a short stay we couldn't have picked better apartment.

Excellent shower-good hot water pressure. The kitchen facilities and bedding were excellent too. We appreciated having fast wifi and a smart tv. Proximity to attractions within walking distance was great too.
