Only 2 minor criticisms: (1) the hotel doesn’t provide you with slippers, and (2) the hotel restaurant (at nighttime) is mediocre.

First off I want to say a big thank you to Lotta, who listened to our request for an early check-in, and as soon as the opportunity arose, managed to get us an early check-in (for free) and informed us accordingly. This was a big blessing, as we had been travelling overnight and were exhausted from our trip. The breakfast was excellent. Rich selection of various items, both sweet and savoury, and good coffee. 10/10 The room was also excellent. Beautiful views of Helsinki, modern and stylish facilities, and nice and quiet. The bed is also great, we had an amazing sleep while staying there! The hotel is generally very new and so it has a very clean and unspoilt vibe, while at the same time being quite hip and stylish. It is also quite centrally located, so you can walk anywhere. We would highly recommend staying here.

The room boasts a stunning view and an incredibly cozy bed. The hotel's location is superb, with just a 7-10 minute stroll to the city center. As someone who travels frequently, I can confidently say it offers the finest breakfast with a wide range of options and exceptional quality. The staff is not only friendly but also very efficient. The hotel's design exudes style and sophistication. I highly recommend this place. The room also comes with a high-quality coffee machine, and the showers are exceptionally good.

The portraits in the room were a little frightening, felt like I was being stared at. I was unable to reach the reception through the phone in the room, the call never went through. No one came to clean the room.

The room was extremely clean. The bed was super comfortable. Great lighting. The breakfast was delicious! Especially the pancakes, best pancakes I've ever had.

Not a thing. We loved it.

Beautiful, brand new. Fabulous design. Such comfy pillows! Mikail at the front desk was so welcoming and generous. After a tough night elsewhere, he allowed us to check in hours early. It made our visit to Helsinki a delight! The location is excellent. So close to the city centre and train station, but adjacent to a lovely garden. Excellent breakfast too. A total delight.

The windows in the rooms cant be opened at all. If you like to have fresh air while sleeping it can be an issue

The hotel is new . Location is central . My room was at the 8-th floor with a gorgeous view . The bed was so comfortable. The room is not so big ,but is enough for a weekend stay.

Too much water spilled to the toilet from the shower due to too big split between the shower door and wall.

Disappointing Stay – Dusty Rooms, Poor Air Quality, and Infrequent Cleaning I stayed at Radisson RED Helsinki, and overall, it was a pretty bad experience. The room was very dusty and didn’t feel properly cleaned. The air was so dry that I had trouble breathing, my nose kept getting blocked, and I even had nosebleeds every morning. It was really uncomfortable. The room was also smaller than expected, not as spacious as the pictures make it seem. It felt cramped, and there was no fan, so I had to ask for one just to get some air circulation. The temperature was stuck at 20 degrees, which made it even harder to breathe. The cleaning service was just okay but could be improved. Rooms are only cleaned every 3 days, and this wasn’t made clear when booking. They do let you request extra cleaning, but when I did, it felt very rushed, and barely anything was done. The only good thing about this hotel was the breakfast buffet, which was amazing with lots of choices. But that’s not enough to make up for the bad room conditions. If you have dust allergies or need fresh air, I’d avoid this place. Really disappointed and wouldn’t stay again.

The room was too small. My 29inch luggage could be opened on the floor. Location of this hotel is 15-20min walking distance from the train station. Not very convenient but not too far either.

The staff are way too nice. They helped heat some frozen food I bought from K-market and presented it like freshly made with cutlery. The sauna located in the basement was good as well. Food in the red bar was great, I ordered fish and chips.

No room service on a Monday evening which was a bit tough after a long flight. On another evening the staff were a bit rude and charged a delivery charge to bring it up from the restaurant. Not very welcoming unfortunately. The hotel itself is nice .
