I wish I had become a Radisson Rewards member during my first stay (instead of the subsequent one a few days later when a receptionist enrolled me quickly; I thought it was a time-consuming process) to unlock more benefits sooner, but alas!

The mere thought of breakfast was a reason to fall asleep with a smile - it was *that* good! My kids would move to Helsinki if that meant moving to this particular hotel. The nearest playgrounds - the computer-themed Ruoholahti and A, B, C, kissa kävelee - are also exquisite.

After a long day of travel in our month long trip. The staff welcomed us with a pleasant smile. It was quite warming and we felt relaxed in our stay. Not the hotel's fault, but in that area I was missing being able to go to the rooftop. This should have a wonderful view. But nothing negative about the stay or the hotel.

Well designed hotel with a charming environment. Quite near to the city center. Only 2 minutes walking from the tram. Great staff at the reception. Amazing breakfast and dinner experience too. Wonderful stay.

The room suffered from a smell of drains, which came up from the bathroom shower drain.

The breakfast was excellent. Helpful staff. Convenient for transport links into the city centre but not noisy.

One of the rooms had slippers and bath robes while the other didn’t.

Everything was great, the beds were super comfy. The sauna was a best way to end the day full of traveling and walking. The hotel is 30-minute walk from the center, but is near the beautiful sea area.

When eating in the restaurant, it was somehow windy no matter where we were sitting. Maybe too strong ventilation or something, but nothing crazy, just annoying.

We staid there the last night before flying back home and it was truly a nice experience. Staff of the Hotel and restaurant were very nice.

We've asked and extra paid for more comfortable and seaside view room, and it was truly comfortable, but no seaside view. All other stuff and breakfast was great.

Nothing to dislike.

The reception staff and bistro staff are extremely attentive and kind. The food was delicious. The room was clean, with a relaxing bath tub. Big bottles of shampoo, conditioner and, body lotion was available. Hotel is located just a couple tram stops away from the city center. Great value.

If you have dust allergies this is kinda important - while playing hide and seek with small toys noticed some dust bunnies beside the heating radiator. Left note for cleaners)

All my requests were handled. I was traveling with kid, so street view and early check-in(vere prepared to wait actually) was available) Nice room, I did beat my sleep score record on that cozy bed. Tv has menu from the restraunt downstairs) We really enjoyed our stay there. Metro near by, central station in 20 min walking distance.

I stayed in a superior room with an extra wide bed as well as a bath. It was wonderful. The bed was very comfy. The downstairs gym was ok. Breakfast was delicious.

I didn't like that I went to get a coffee in the lobby and didn't realize I had to pay for it. Since the same machine was in the breakfast room, I just walked over and got a coffee without reading the sign so I made the mistake on accident.

The breakfast was amazing! Definitely an unexpected highlight of the trip.

Most amazing reception staff! Camilla was so welcoming, helpful and amazing with our 2 kids. She made our stay feel extra special 😍 Also the 2 double beds in the room was the best thing ever for a family with 2 kids

The shower was cold!!!!!! Very difficult to get warm water then a moment later become cold......kids and we have cold shower.....

The room size is large for a family. Breakfast was really great. In general, really worthy the value.
