Location and staff both excellent. Courtyard area was really nice and food was delicious. To have a staff member walking around with fresh buns from table to table during breakfast was a great idea and nice add on.

Great location, easy check-in at reception. They were very considerate and let us leave our luggages until our return from rovaniemi. They gave us a room with a great view even though our reservation was standard and we really appreciated that. The room and bathroom were both very clean. The breakfast was really good as well. The dimmable lights were great!

The hotel was in an excellent location for exploring the city. The staff were super helpful and even offered us a free coffee so my wife could take a dissolvable supplement. The workout and sauna facilities were top notch. We had an excellent stay and would definitely stay here again if we find ourselves in Helsinki.

The pillows were a little too big for my taste. This didn’t bother me enough for me to go ask if I could get a softer/flatter one.

Great central but calm location thanks to the small park in front of the building. Friendly staff, amazing breakfast buffet with a lot of fresh, healthy options (eg. green smoothie), beautiful interior, spacious quiet rooms.

Only thing that I'd prefer to have is a more firm mattress, but nothing major against the one they have.

The hotel was great all around. Breakfast with plenty options and delicious food. It also offers a sauna and fitness centre that is better than many gyms. Location is also great, close to many restaurants and walking distance to market/center.

Really enjoyed my stay at Scandic Helsinki Hub. The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout. Breakfast was excellent with plenty of variety and good quality. The location is also great – easy to explore the city from there. Would happily stay again!

Floors in rooms dirty (not washed often?). Shower in bath stepover too high - not safe for elderly travellers. Shower design caused water to channel onto bathroom floor very badly

The window of our room was tiny and you couldn't open it. There was no desk, so this hotel is not really suitable for business travellers. Trying to work on your laptop sitting in one of the chairs or on the bed simply doesn't cover it. It's a pity since there was an awkward empty space in the room, that could have been ideal for a desk. There doesn't seem to be a phone in the room, so if you need to talk to the reception, you just have to go down. The free wifi keeps kicking you out.

The breakfast is pricey if it is not included in the room, but it is good. There's a great variety of everything, so it really gives a good start to your day. The location of the hotel is excellent and the place is nicely furnished and decorated. The staff is super helpful and polite.

Very central, within walking distance of most major sights, museums, and the central station. Large, modern bathroom with floor heating. Big and modern interior, very friendly and helpful staff. We will be back.

The location is so handy for everywhere you want to go and only a short walk from the train station if you’re coming from the airport. The safe were also incredibly helpful and the breakfast was amazing!
