Not much. A couple of things lacking - tea/coffee in rooms. A previous place I stayed offered complimentary coffee/hot choc/water in the foyer, whereas it was a charge here (for average machine coffee, no point paying). The buffet breakfast coffee was also trash.

Great large bedroom and bathroom with lots of various storage space. Movable coat hooks are cool. Included breakfast buffet was fantastic, with numerous options. Check in/out super simple. Friendly staff. Location is great, feels rather central but also away from too much activity. Tram stop 200-300m away, and many attractions within walking distance.

We had a pleasant stay here during our vacation at Helsinki, good location and facility, there are good restaurants and fast food joints nearby. Breakfast was plentiful but just average taste wise.

Floor surfaces in the room remained uncleaned for the duration of of our stay. I can live with the same towels and bedding for 4 days but would hope that the floors are mopped every now and then at least.

Soundproofing in my room could be better. I could easily hear neighbouring rooms.

Lovely room, very clean. Comfortable bed. Breakfast was good. Gym is excellent for a hotel only gym. Good location 10 minutes from train station. Nothing that I wanted to visit was more than a 30-minute walk.

We had an issue with our room (the sockets were not working, so we couldn't charge our phones) so the staff swiftly came up to the room to give our keys to a new room. They even gave us a bar of chocolate to say sorry!

One negative comment: It was really cold inside the room, we expected it to be warmer. We had to ask for heater, which the hotel staff provided in short time.

It was a fascinating hotel, good location, fine design. And the breakfast was great.

The bathroom is generously sized, but the remodel has some design flaws. The shower wall should have been extended to avoid water everywhere. The sink, although stylishly large, dramatically reduced counter space, which is always at a premium. A sink half the size would have been enough to bathe the baby.

I slept well on my 24-hour layover in Helsinki. The room was recently redone and was a decent size. It was a 15-minute walk from the train station and easy to find.

the location needs a bit of a walk from the nearest public transport. we had to take taxi from the train station because the walking distance was 14 mins.

love the spacious room, and especially the bathtub in the toilet! view was wonderful with added ambience to the modern interior.

Housekeeping did not replace the coffee and milk or wash the cups, room only partially tidied, tissue found from previous guest behind the curtain.
