Can't say enough praises to this hotel. Spacious rooms are well isolated/ uniquelydesigned/elevators secuired/sauna. Staff is friendly/speaking many languages and make everything easy. location of this hotel is amazing (close to transportation/port/parks/museums/shopping/churches and synagogue in historic area with countless eating places and 2 theatres.. fairly priced for this area.

Lovely hotel in great central location on a cute square. Our room was massive and the kids' beds were all ready for them. Breakfast was really nice as was the sauna!

I wish the shower area to be slightly bigger.

Location is extremely good. The staff are very friendly. The breakfast is good. I hope they provide the option to request the eggs on specific style ( Omelet Station ). The light system is great and the water pressure is good. The bed is comfortable. I wish the rooms have telephone to call the reception. I would definitely come back.

I think that the breakfast fee for the residents is too expensive (26€ per person). But it was perfect with a great variety. One more thing is the cleaness of the rooms. We were not very satisfied as only the bare minimum was done. Specifically, the staff collected the trash from the bins in the room and bathroom - it’s fine. However, when we left dirty glasses either by the door or on the TV stand, they were not picked up by the staff. They were finally collected on the third day. I didn’t understand why, even though someone was cleaning the room, they didn’t collect the dirty coffee cups. Regarding the room heating, I believe it could have been more efficient. This does not apply to the bathroom!

The location, breakfast and the hotel facilities (sauna etc). Also the view to the park from our room. The bathroom was amazing, with extra heating and underfloor heating (top!!)

Clean rooms with great view. Nice and friendly staff. Hotel very well located to the design destruct, city Centre and restaurants. Great breakfast. Huge selection! Big sauna and gym.

Stunning hotel environment, room was very good, very comfy beds and very peaceful and quiet. Our son loved the different lighting settings. Fab to have access to a sauna too. Breakfast range was the most incredible I've ever seen in a hotel, you name it they had it and all very good quality. Definitely stay here!

The only minor quibble was that there was no tea/coffee making facilities in the room.

Fantastic location handy for the city centre and tram stops. Huge range of breakfast options and everything is marked, so all diets catered for. Large comfy room and superb bed.

Breakfast was of good quality and had a large variety of choices. Opposite a small park not too far from the train station , which was easily walkable. Quiet on the monday night we stayed outside.They offered the choice of a late check-in from 4pm for 20 euros. Can leave luggage and given card to access room.
