On my personal point of view, it would be great if there were more fruit available (there was just watermelon). But there were plenty of hot dishes available (not my kind of breakfast). Regarding room temperature, the hotel doesn’t have a high temperature similar to other hotels in other European cities (with similar atmospheric conditions). However, the staff at the front desk lent us a heater which solved our problem.

The hotel is super clean and the rooms are modern and comfortable. Also, you’ll be able to walk to main attractions around Kampi neighborhood. There is a very good pizza downstairs (hotel restaurant)!

Hotel still uses paper form to gather traveler details, which also contains sensitive personal information. To meet GDPR rules and protect thousands of personal details people provide to the hotel, this should be moved to digital channels.

Brand new fantastic will located modern hotel. I had the best sleep of my holiday in the cloud like pillow and mattress. Warm bathroom floors. Beautiful sauna. I loved this hotel a lot.

small room not practical place to sit with a laptop. Pillows were not comfortable for me as well neither of the variant.

it is clean, location in my case was the best because the events I need to attend were around 10-20 minutes walking away which was great. There is also sauna which is also nice to have for fresh end or start of the day

If I’m not mistaken there was no free coffee available either at the room nor the lobby (I saw a machine but you needed to pay, if I’m not wrong).

The location was great, walking distance to the main touristic points. The room was also really good, I’ve been traveling through several nordic cities and it had a good size for the price, and the room lights system was AMAZING! Breakfast was good too.

The only thing I can think about is the sauna, which was surprisingly cold for being in Finland. But that didn't bother us that much, to be honest

More fruits at the breakfast. It's not a bad practice but something to get used to... the bedroom door opens into the hallway rather than into the bedroom as I'd expect (a Brit). Across all big hotels chains - why don't you invest in a better TV satelitte service?

Easy to find from the ferry port via tram and a short walk. Relaxed location opposite a small block park, close to walk to the coastline or the shops/train station. A decent variety of foods at breakfast. Great shower and a comfortable mattress. Delicious soup (as you'd expect) on the bar menu.

The bar and restaurant were both shut on the Sunday we stayed there.

Rather functional as a hotel and the room, although comfortable, had absolutely no shelves which was peculiar to say the least. Having said that, the staff were excellent and the breakfast was absolutely outstanding - one of the best we've ever had in a hotel.
