We liked everything!

We loved this place. The hotel is super beautiful, personnel is very kind, and our room was quite nice as well. We literally has nothing to complaint about. Breakfast is AMAZING. we really loved it. Location is super good, it is just 15 minutes far from the port and central station, where you can take a direct train to the airport, If you want to enjoy the Helsinki's rock night-life, it is quite close to the epic places as The Riff.

The shower is my only complaint--it was a bit hard to get into, water got everywhere, and the water temperature could have been hotter.

The breakfast was excellent, the location was very convenient, and I was happy with the cleanliness and comfort.

The breakfast was impressive, with an extremely wide selection of items. All of the produce was fresh and delicious. The staff were discreet, but very helpful when called upon. One of the best hotel breakfasts I've ever come across in my many travels.

Original room a little small (ok for 1-2 nights) so upgrade if you can afford it.

Friendly hotel with great facilities. Although it is a large business orientated hotel we were well looked after by the friendly staff. The original room we booked was quite small (King Room) but for a modest cost this could be upgraded to a superior King, which had a little extra space and better light. Great location - 10 min walking distance from the station and the centre of town. Located off the main streets and opposite a small park it was quiet. We would definitely stay in this hotel and Scandic hotels in the future

The design in the room is kinda boring, but i guess this is how they do it in the nordic countries. The price is a bit too much for what you are getting but again these prices are normal in Helsinki. It was unpleasant that they check you debit card when you check in in case you use something from the mini bar. This is kinda offending practice, since i did not wanted to use my card there, but they made me.

We loved the location, very easy if you want to explore Helsinki city centre by foot. Also the breakfast was great, there was everything we wanted! The bathroom had heating in the floor and a big bathtub so that was pleasant surpise. The ammenities are also new and modern, working perfect. And last - the bed and the pillows are fantastic!

There was no desk in room. However, there were good places to work on 1st floor. No free tea/coffee facilities in room.

Everything looked new and clean and worked well. Comfortable beds and really well designed rooms with great shower. Excellent value for money especially considering breakfast (loads of choice) was included. Staff were helpful.

Excellent location, excellent hotel. Great for first time / solo traveller and especially if travelling for work. The staff were friendly and helpful. I kept my luggage at reception while waiting for a late flight and continued to use their shared work space to get some work done.

Adding more toiletries or offering a selection of personal care products could elevate the overall experience.

It was a pleasant experience. The room was clean and well-maintained, which made for a comfortable stay. The bed was cozy, and bathroom was clean with basic amenities. Overall, the room met my needs and contributed to a generally positive stay. The breakfast had variety of options which was impressive, and the quality of the food was quite good. One suggestion would be to consider adding a few more hot breakfast options, as this could enhance the overall experience. But, all in all, it was a satisfying start to the day. Location was great, in middle of city, 8-10 mins of walk from Harbor.
