Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

FinlandI think 4e at the reception for a toothbrush is a bit too much, while you can get it for free in many other hotels. Sorry guys. Spa doesn’t feel like a clean place, water is a bit of a yak looking, “thanks” to the lights in the pool, you can see how dirty it is, especially at the late hour we have been visiting there. Remember to take your pool slippers if choosing this place. Be I tipsy- I would not have noticed those things. Bistro (were there for a diner)- hostess was amazing. Warm and welcoming. Service is a restaurant level. Food- indeed a bistro. Fish and Chips served without lemon. But still breakfast is same wonderful as 3 years ago but no red fish served any longer. During the late hour, TV remote control stopped working (battery died), and there’s no way you can contact reception since no phone in the room and no free of charge line in the internet. So prepare to walk downstairs about any concern at a late hour.
Distance to public transport, fresh excellent breakfast, hostess at a bistro.

United KingdomBreakfast until 10am. Coming from UK - Finnish 9.30am is 7.30 for us. We expected to have USB sockets in rooms/ communal spaces but all plug sockets. For a modern business hotel this was a surprise.
Breakfast was varied with plenty of space. Communal area very stylish. Staff were helpful. The rooftop sauna area was a fab way to end the day.

NetherlandsAs soon as objective of hotel is have as less human interaction ad possible - it would be nice to have some brochure in the room with all the information about breakfast time, wellness Center and etc. Also there was no phone in the room so it was unclear how can you contact hotel staff in case of any questions. Probably hotel have some app for guests - but I never received any information about it

ItalyThe hotel is amazing and the staff was really friendly, however there was no staff at the wellness area and it was difficult to find someone to ask for extra towels. The wellness area was good but most things are outside and it makes it difficult to enjoy if the weather is bad. Besides this, the overall experience was very good and relaxing.
