The tablet in our room used for room, dinner etc information brightened up during the middle of the night for unknown reasons and we couldn't switch it off

If you are sensitive to small air drafts, the ventilation system in such hi-tech hotel rooms can make you feel a bit ill. Such a ventilation surely should be here, when a room is small and have a not opening window, but my organism doesn't like it

The room is extremely hi-tech, maybe even more than I would like to have ;) All was good, we arrived earlier and our room was already ready, and we stored our luggage for a few hours after check-out. The breakfast was good, and the connection with the city center was smooth. Super!

Gym is too small and lacks equipment

Really good for combining a trip with remote work. Amazing number of power sockets in the room and in the common spaces. Breakfast is quite nice and the SPA on top of the building is great.

I am not sure as we have visited Helsinki for the first time. The staff didn't give us the wine bottle opener. Apparently, they are promoting their own alcohol. I guess this is the first time i have seen any hotel restricting this.

The hotels location is outside of the center, so that you need quite some time to get to the city by public transport. You can get to the city by car, but parking in the center is quite pricey. Also the hotel offers a garage for parking your car, which is also quite pricey (25€/day). The restaurant also offers dinner, which we tried one evening of our stay but in our opinion the quality of the main courses and the service does not match the prices of the restaurant.

We stayed here for a few days before traveling to Lapland. The Hotel offers very tasteful interior and the rooms are equipped with everything you expect from a Hotel. You get plenty of choices which all taste very nice! The receptionists were very helpful regarding questions around our stay in Helsinki.

Although the information says electric tablet(it's like iPad), it had been 0% and wasn't charged yet and impossible to charge. So, it was difficult to contact reception from room. Hope we just got unlucky. Other stuff was awesome.

My colleague was initially allocated a room that wasn't very clean, but the staff were very helpful and quickly sorted him an alternative room. There didn't seem to be many shops/restaurants within walking distance.

Lovely modern hotel with a relaxed atmosphere. Breakfast selection was varied and good quality. The room was small but contained everything I needed as a solo traveller on a business trip. Easy to travel to the city centre and convention centre (Messukeskus) by bus.

Beautiful hotel with beautiful rooms. Lobby looks perfect, breakfast was excellent and the dinner couldn’t be better. We had very little bathroom though, especially since we came 3 people. Wellness with its saunas and view couldn’t look better.

The main downside is the location if you are travelling for leisure instead of work, as it’s 5 km away from the city center. Still easily reachable via public transports, but definitely not recommended if the aim is to stay and visit the city center. The room had a very small bathroom. The neighborhood is not a touristic area.

The property is very new and with a modern look, same for the room. The focus is clearly on business travelers, as it offers plenty of working facilities. The breakfast was good and had gluten-free options, with even a dedicated toaster. The SPA and wellness area is great to relax in the evening, with 4 saunas, steam room, main pool, icy pool, and jacuzzi.

Despite talking with the reception staff about parking, nobody warned us that a specific part of the street opposite the hotel is a no parking zone, resulting in a parking ticket. When I mentioned this to the reception, their reaction was rather lame in my opinion.

Rooms are not too big, but big enough if you are not planning to spend the whole day in there (as most people won't do). They look very new though, and are in good condition. Luxurious feel without overdoing it, and for the price you pay it is good value for money.

The location is not the best, but there's a couple of bus stops around and a 24h market a couple of blocks away.

We wanted to book in hotel saunas, but it was fully booked already. Maybe the spa zone is too little.

Very good breakfast and lunch, you can choose beetween lots of good food. The restaurant is nice and clean, but can maybe be a little too crowded. Very friendly stuff, which made sure that our luggage was safe - althought we came early (before our check in) and wanted to go in the city center in that time.
