You can’t regulate room temperature or ac on your own!! The room was very cold and there was a constant breeze, so I asked whether they could turn off the ac - they couldn’t. They also couldn’t give me another room, so I had to shorten my trip by one night, because my nose was already blocked from the first night. They refused to refund me for the night I didn’t stay there, which is very poor customer service. The bins in my room also had some trash in them from the previous guest when I arrived. The breakfast was mediocre, too. The check in at 4 pm is way too late!

The space was extremely tight, I couldn't even breathe freely. If someone has claustrophobia, it will be a problem to stay in this hotel for a little while. There wasn't even a little knife or plates, it caused a little discomfort.

The room was so clean and the staff was super helpful, The location is a little far away from the city centre, but it's okay, since transporting wasn't a problem in the city.

Breakfast hall was overrun in the morning and they prepared a second room which was very dark and not well aired. Managed to get a place in the normal breakfast room but overall the atmosphere was not so good, a touch too hectic and busy. There was no table in the very small room - you have to put your bed up on the wall to get one, and at the reception I was told that you have to call the hotel staff to convert the bed into a table. The bathroom was very narrow and the toilet too close to the shower where water ran out onto the floor. When I made the booking I had had the impression that the sauna and pool and the professional working facilities were included in the (business) rate. But both were an extra 20 and 25 EUR per day. Probably would have picked a different place had I known this beforehand.

Breakfast (apart from being too busy and hectic) was good regarding the food choices. The bed was ok. Staff was friendly. Location was easy to reach by several busses from central Helsinki. Nice rooftop bar to watch a late night sunset. Overall the hotel left me disappointed, had expected more based on the hotel's advertisement.

I booked this hotel last minute before I board to my flight to Helsinki for two reasons: 1. to sleep 5-6 hours 2. to take a shower when I wake up When I arrived at early hours of the day, the reception informed me that there will be hot-water outage in the morning. It's not hotel's fault, however I wish the data was availble at the time of booking. I would have booked another place.

The room was small, at the same time comfortable for a short stay. It was great that there were many sockets convinietly placed in such a small room. Even both sides of the bed had sockets: for USB and for normal plug-ins.

The room is noisy with guest going in and out of the facilities. The common toilets, gym pool and terrace. Each has one door and the door just keep opening and closing fr day to night.

The room was smaller than a jail cell. Others have commented similarly, and the hotel replies that larger rooms are available. But there are no photos of the small room on the site. Otherwise, nobody would buy one. It's misleading. The mattress is on the floor by the far wall, and the person on the far side had to crawl over the other person to get out. The bathroom is very small with a sink that is miniscule, and another sink twice as large outside the bathroom - poor space utilization. During our stay, there were many rooms occupied by young kids for a tennis tournament and were running amok throughout the facility, yelling and banging on doors. Complaints to the front desk were useless. It didn't end until I tracked the kids down and had a serious discussion about their activities.

The breakfast was very good, one of the best so far on our long vacation. The staff were very pleasant. The location was convenient to nearby bus stops. These are what brought our rating up to 3 stars.

The room was not clean. The bed was made and towels were fresh, but there was still the coffee cup from the previous guest and so was their key folder. The foldable bed had a lot of dirt and trash underneath, bed folds up into a couch, but there was not just dirt but also some remainings of some soda can. See pictures. The sink in the bathroom was too small to use, luckily there was another sink in the kitchenette. The room is to small for anything more than an overnight stay, even for one person. Parking was nice, but at this price range it should be included.

small room, small sink to wash your hands in bathroom, curtain rack was hanging and broken, the breakfast was not visually presented well, furthermore there was a lack of breakfast at 7:30 on monday morning. the elevators are too small for busy times during the day and they’re slow. the spa area as an extra cost for a hotel guest is unattractive on addition the towel and bathrobe cost. many better hotels in Helsinki at a similar or better price.

The pool is quite small, and the jacuzzi was crowded. The queues in the restaurant were long at the weekend and worst of all, our room was not cleaned every day. Sometimes they would just clean the floor, and leave the beds, and other days make one bed and leave everything else as is.

The interior was great, the hotel is eco friendly, breakfast was good. The staff is polite.

The self check in booth didn't work. The standard room is truly tiny and fitted with a Murphy bed. The to go breakfast was rather laughable.

Smart room is very small. Very small washbasin in the bathroom - uncomfortable to wash your face. It is necessary to fully raise the bed every time to use the table, which is mounted in the bottom of the bed (not everyone will guess that it is there). The bed is quite heavy. A woman, for example, is unlikely to be able to do this, there is no other even a small table in the room. Fridge with minibar did not work, all drinks were warm. Although I didn’t really want to, since the prices for the minibar are inadequately high. The breakfast did not meet my expectations. For a long time I could not find bread and desserts, which were placed in a separate place from all the food. The egg omelette was bitter - I couldn't eat it.
