The room was not cleaned we had garbage under the bed well and day cleanings was not cleaning well

food was just ok, the staff are extremely Nordic; no smiles, no pleasantries, not really a great welcome.

My flight came in really late and the ladies at the reception were really nice and efficient. The room is small but has everything you need and shows you less is more. Perfect set up, nice bed, everything

Breakfast was okay, small selection and some things didn’t taste very fresh at all. bathroom is absolutely tiny.

the size of the room is very small for 2 people in bathroom u see to peel off the pain of the door because of the shower steam.

Sustainability of the hotel in all his ways: materials, ways of running, ... / the way I choice for this hotel. Rooftop sauna's and swimming pool: this is so great! love it The buffet - love the really nice and local foods - presentation is sober and I like that a lot The distance to the city centre is far - but the walk at the lake side is very nice. Like to get a stop over at cafe Regatta before heading into the city.

The room could be a bit bigger but okay.

The shared area is big and comfortable. The amenities are really useful. The breakfast is delicious. The room is a bit small but very comfortable and clean. The Wellness area is spectacular and we highly recommend it! Our stay was great and beyond our expectations. An extra kudos for the staff, they are super friendly!

There’s nothing to not like.

Lovely and relaxing setting. Rooms are comfortable, not the largest, but you have everything you need. The spa area upstairs is very special and worth the price.

Interesting that you ask for coffee since it was the least enjoyable part given the Finnish standards of coffee. But really minor thing

Brand new. The e-check is a must! Good bedroom with everything we needed. Oh yeah and spectacular breakfast with really good people making sure we had everything we needed. I work close but live far so this is going to be my go to place for overnight stays caused by work.

Everything was perfect! The breakfast was very tasty and plentiful. There were also alternatives for those who are vegan. The city center is close, 20 minutes by bus. The staff was nice and helpful.

Restaurant is too small and you have to queue. You may be standing at the restaurant door waiting to be seated at dinner time for a while, despite that the staff see you.

Quiet location with good access. Room comfortable and the SPA area amazing if you use it early morning. If you are lucky (as I was), you can have it just for you..

Cold room, AC is set to 23'C, and the outside temperature is minus, so at least you need 25-26 in the room. But, it's impossible to do it. The reception and everything else is huge, but the room is very small.

The room was not completely clean (and a cleaning rug was left on the shelf). The shower doors didn't close properly so the water started coming on the bathroom floor.

Staff were really helpful and nice. We got lovely tips :) Very nice breakfast!
