Nothing - it was an authentic B&B experience.

Our room overlooked the River and was spacious. It’s easily accessible by bus or car.. The family are warm and wonderful and the Orchid Island omelette is delicious. Can take a taxi or walk to the Arts Village or surrounding restaurants. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here.

This place is like home and, although its very simple look, it totally steals your heart. We stayed there (unfortunately) just for one night, but, even though our staying was quite short, we had the occasion to take the kayak and follow the river to a certain point, and then to come back. Hosts Robert and Linni help you feel in the most perfect place ever. Breakfast all together close to the river is something unbelievable, as well as the vibes you get from this place. If you are looking for a cozy solution, far from big hotels, this is the best solution!

Everything 'cause I felt I was at home! Excellent, friendly and welcoming host, wonderful family. Lot of conversations about life in Fiji and the Pacific Harbor surrounds, hosts always eager to assist with any need that guest(s) may have. Ample space around the property to just relax and soak in the sun, incl the pool and open grass lawns. Ease of access to communal areas around the house e.g lounge and kitchen. Thoughtful set-up of the property, the house, the decor, interiors; everything very well presented and made super-duper comfy for guest(s). Rooms are very spacious with ample breathing space with amenities provided with good understanding of what travellers need. Excellent wifi availability. Local markets at walking distance at 3 kms. Breakfast included was excellent and I appreciate the hosts for making sure they offer a time window for guest(s) to have breakfast. Checked in on Robert's (host) birthday and am thankful for them to invite me to their birthday party. Was good interaction with other expats in Fiji. Highly recommend Robert's and Linni's place if you are visiting Fiji! Can't wait to return :)

Linni is very friendly and made our stay very comfortabe. Her house is well designed. We quite enjoyed sitting by the riverside and went kayaking in the river. The whole neighborhood is peaceful. Next time I visit Pacific harbor, I will definitely choose to stay at Orchid island B&B.

Nothing. Everything was perfect.

Very nice and welcoming family. The booked room was really big with a big bed, big sofa, walk-in closet and big bathroom. Good Wifi. Although it's a homestay I could arrive at midnight for check-in. On check-out day I had to leave at 5 a.m. and I even got served breakfast. One night Lini even took us to a resort at the beach where they had traditional island dances and fire show, it was amazing. Thank you very much!

Awesome,awesome,awesome!!! Wonderful location of settling alongside river, keeping away from noisy main road. Quitely, and peacefully. This accomidation is such classcial B&B, with very nice facilitices in bedroom, bathroom; Also she offers brai lounge-a small dock near by the river. All of which, can meet any vacation-person, specially, families' request. The host of this property are so nice and warm heart, that can make u feel just like living at home. Think about a pic like this: Setting under the sun-set, in the lounge alongside river, with a cup of coffe in your hands,; Or have a nice BBQ with your friends in the dock. Is there anything more that you still want to look for?!

Showers had very weak pressure but nothing else was bad

Family friendly experience with hosts going out of their way to help. We felt right at home. Being on river was great with use of their kayaks. Good Wi-Fi and 20min nice walk to town or Fiji $4 taxi. Delicious cooked breakfast each day

Robert, Linni and the girls provided us with one of the best and most unique stays of our time in Fiji! They welcomed us like family and provided us with a stay that truly felt like a home away from home. Highlights included Linni taking us to the Fijian island night, having dinner together with the family on our last night and sharing plenty of fantastic German beers with Robert. We will forever recommend Orchid Island as one the best places to stay in Fiji!

Linny and the girls (Omi & Liza) made our stay very special, so welcoming and felt extremely comfortable in there home. Had great fun on the kayaks catching crabs for dinner, and would recommend visiting the waterfall.

Loved every second of my stay and will return on my next visit to Fiji. Everything was just perfect thanks and thoroughly enjoyed myself. Fabulous family to spend time with...I miss you all and have lots of wonderful memories and enjoyed the good laughs we shared. Thank you for welcoming me into your beautiful family and home. (For a single female traveller this place is very safe and secure and I would recommend instead of the local hotels)

There was no A/C in the room so it did become very warm on the hotter days. But there was a ceiling fan and all the windows had mosquito nets so they could be opened up to help.

We loved our stay here. Lini and Robert were perfect hosts. They and their daughters made us feel at home as soon as we arrived. The guest space was a large, clean, comfortable bedroom with ensuite. Lini made us a delicious breakfast every morning and we were allowed access to their swimming pool and free kayaks. The accommodation is in a pretty area of Pacific Harbour and very close to the local Shark Diving centre, which was helpful for us. We would definitely recommend staying here while in the area! :)

If you don't have a car the walk into town is about 20minutes up and down some hills, and is very dark at night; Although it felt safe. It's beautiful and scenic by day, so it didn't bother me. And you can prob borrow a bike! or take a cheap 5 FJD taxi. So it's all good, and nice to be well away from the main road and into the countryside :)

Fantastic place to stay in Pacific Harbour! I loved my stay here and can't wait to go back. I spent 7 nights in the poolside room, and enjoyed a swim daily in the clean, good-sized pool. Also went kayaking in the river some mornings, which was very peaceful. I made use of the free bikes to get into town and to the beach quicker, and I even borrowed their decent, old set of golf clubs I found to play the challenging course nearby, which I also recommend, so thanks for that Rob! Nice to have an evening drink and some good conversation with you as well. Lini made an excellent breakfast each morning, with eggs, nice coffee and fresh fruit and homegrown avocados. And thanks for the help with my laundry. The gardens and whole property is beautiful! Their two daughters are adorable and fun to have around too. It's like the perfect homestay with plenty of privacy but just enough wholesome and social interaction. The only other room is also usually full, so it's a good way to meet some fellow travelers and share a beer by the riverside view. Or to hit the town for karaoke night, or Uprising Resort for the fire-dancing. Excellent stay!
