The location felt a bit isolated from doing tours as it was an hrs drive each way to get to the start points.

Staff were friendly. Lots of good food options. Rooms were nice and clean.

The rooms were very outdated, everything looked a bit tired. Staff uniforms were often stained, and while staff were kind, they weren’t particularly attentive. My husband mentioned he often felt as though we were bothering them.

The pools were really great, and the grounds in general were lovely. The staff at reception were very professional.

Distance from the airport, room was old but I believe all rooms are being renovated, stairs with luggage bags, no splash/water park area for kids, limited restaurants for families.

Perfect 5 star resort if you have kids. Endless activities kept us tied up with everything. Perfect balance between relaxing time and activity time. Amazing location on the coral coast. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Kids loved their time and interaction with the staff. Booked a personal nanny for 4 days for the little one but only used her 40% off her time. Older kid loved going to kids club. The hotel personal nanny was very flexible with the times we wanted and gave us couple time. Throughly enjoyed every aspect of staying here.

Just the shower being in the bath . I find that can be a bit awkward to get in and out.

The friendly staff, the grounds, the Adults only pool was wonderful and a major plus for me as was the bar at the top of the hill near the spa. I loved it so much I have booked my wedding here.

The exterior chairs by the main outdoor pool were slightly uncomfortable and some need slight repair. The staff are clearly hard working, however some of their uniforms were visibly stained - I am in hospitality so the majority of guests wouldn't maybe pick up on this.

The facilities and everything about our stay was fantastic - we first came tot he Outrigger approx 20 years ago with our young kids. We have made another couple of visits also. The staff are exceptionally friendly and good fun.

Contact with resort before and after stay not great - emails don't seem to be received. Sent 2 emails after asking if a white wool sweater was found in our room but no reply.

Polite and helpful staff, always cheerful and happy to assist. Breakfast was great but lunch and dinner options not great for kids.

Everything was perfect. Staff is incredible, makes you feel like family. Every meal at the resort was excellent. Location is on the beautiful Coral Coast about 1.5 hours from Nadi with usual traffic. Great activities and tours available. Spa was outstanding.

The resort accommodation blocks are a little tired in places but we understand that there is a renovation underway so this is being addressed.

The resort was well laid out, with beautiful grounds. The choice of activities was great and fun factor gets a huge tick. The spa and bar up on the hill are wonderful. The staff are amazing
