Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly without limiting expression of strong opinions. They are also applicable regardless of the sentiment of the comment.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include 'hate speech', discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, and the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options may be available (by type of traveller, by score, etc.).

Luxembourgthe starndard, lower-cost rooms are all connecting rooms, and any noise from the other side of the door is clearly audible. The night we stayed someone was on the phone making noise at 3am and required a call to reception to get them to be quiet.
immediately across the street from the airport, not even a 5-minute walk

New ZealandWe were a bit disappointed that the slide was unusable, we originally booked our stay because of it and for the kids. We only got notification that it was closed a couple of days before our stay. We understand that maintenance needs to happen for the safety of all, but we wish we'd knew sooner. The pool was still great without the slide though. Another low, was dinner. The food was tasty enough, although I got food poisoning. But we waited over an hour and a half to get our food.
We loved that it was so close to the airport. No stress with the complementary shuttle as well. The cot for the baby was perfect, and I was very impressed with how helpful the staff was, especially when I got food poisoning in the middle of the night, and they've open the shop for me to get some pills, and delivered it to my room. Big thumbs up. The live singers were really nice as well.

United KingdomWe enjoyed the food in the restaurant but the ambience could be improved.
Incredibly convenient for the airport; a short walk or a shuttle bus. Also a shuttle bus from the Denarau Marina. Good facilities.

United StatesWe loved the proximity to the airport and the driver insisted to give us a ride but it’s really close; less than a five minute walk. The rooms are comfy, restaurant serves lovely fare and the lobby musicians were a delight to hear. My only wish would have been wifi in the room. Even in the lobby, it was slow.

South AfricaI struggle to understand how a hotel can charge FJD 560 for 2 nights and not provide free WiFi in your rooms. The rooms are clean, comfortable and maintained but have not been modernised since about the 1980s.
it is a 5 minute walk from the international arrivals. The pools and outside spaces are very nice.

Australiatook too long for shuttle to arrive to bring us over to the hotel from airport, close on a 40 minute wait out the front for it. I recommend, unless shuttle there is when you arrive you should just walk across the road to the hotel.
easy access to the property from the airport. great little bar and restaurant plus live music.

AustraliaNot a big deal, but some other people had charged food and drink to my room. It was cleared up easily on check out when the signature and name clearly wasn’t mine..
I was pleasantly surprised how nice this place was for an airport hotel! it’s super close to the airport and they offer a free shuttle. we were greeted by a friendly face, and taken straight to the hotel. the bar staff were wonderful and chatty, the food and drinks were yum, the pool area is great, room clean and comfortable and has everything you need. Almost seemed too good to only spend a short amount of layover time there. I’d go back if I was ever transiting through Nadi for sure!

CanadaThe fact you have to pay for wifi if you’re not in the lobby area. Limited number of tv channels, and you must leave a key in a slot in the room to make the ac and lights work - so you can’t pre cool your room. Some confusion re tipping.
The staff were fantastic! Attentive, fun and kind. The nightly entertainment was great and an added touch. They offer a shuttle even thought it’s literally across from the street from the airport.

AustraliaThis is the closest hotel to the airport. Ideal for transit traveller or if you are getting into Nadi late night. Better to spend a night here then go to your expensive resort late night. There is a free hotel shuttle bus which was great.

NetherlandsFree WiFi is a bit slow and only available in the lobby.
It’s located close to the airport which made it very convenient. They offer a free shuttle transfer even though you could probably walk it. We stayed here twice and both times we were in a newly refurbished room. It was comfortable and clean, the complimentary water was a nice touch. They have two swimming pools and we really enjoyed the live music.

New ZealandWe could have done without the three meter swell making swimming in the lagoon impossible for a couple of days but that was not your fault, the facility for washing the sand off your feet when returning to the pool area from the beach being broken was not good. It would have been good if the alternative fine dining restaurant had been open but we understand the impact of covid.
Everything, The facilities are a bit tired but what we expected after covid, We understand things have been difficult and look forward to the other restaurant and coffee shop being open at our next visit. snorkeling in the lagoon was great. and the Kava visit to the local village was interesting.
