How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

The only downside is I could hear clearly as if they were in the room with me, the people next door talking. A few taps on the wall and telling them stopped it but not great for privacy if you want to talk/make noise
Great place, really cannot fault this hotel for convenience. The staff are EXCEPTIONAL. Every person I dealt with was wonderful and made my stay that much better because of it

The service for food and drinks is a bit slow, especially when you haven't adjusted to Fiji time yet. Check-in and communication via email was also a little slow.
Comfortable, spacious rooms in a lovely resort right next to the airport. Perfect for an overnight stay before heading to the islands. It's a great introduction to being in Fiji, and the pool with slide is awesome!

Room (deluxe room) wasn’t as nice this time - a long way from reception, and up two flights of stairs, which was hard with very young children, one of whom I had to carry the whole way. Also you can’t charge meals to the room which made things unnecessarily complicated- my overtired young kids had joint epic screaming meltdowns mid dinner, so I had to leave dinner early. I explained to staff before I left (perhaps they couldn’t hear me over the screaming) - but while I was trying to get the kids to sleep the restaurant staff rang the room twice to get me to pay the bill. This made an already stressful situation unnecessarily more stressful - I took the phone off the hook and paid the FJD$40 the next morning at checkout - this shouldn’t have been such a problem.
This was my second stay here this month, and was less pleasant than the first stay. Restaurant reasonably price and staff are warm and friendly.

Rooms in need of an update but that is reflected in the price.
So convenient being directly opposite airport - very easy walk, even with two small kids. Hotel itself is green and quiet - feel like you are in Fiji and not right by an airport. Restaurant was great and really reasonable prices - convenient and easy for families with kids to eat together.

Standard room was not good at all..my 1year old was not comfortable so had to change at night..and they gave me suite which was the only room available but it was nice and clean spacious..we enjoyed our stay

Everything was good. The rooms looks tired and is in need of refurbishment. But apart from that, all good
Location was great. The front desk were excellent. Morning checkout was quick and easy. They had free transportation to airport but we decided to walk to get some morning exercise.

Bathroom was very tired & run down.
The location to the airport was excellent, the family room was very spacious & the large pool + waterslide kept the kids entertained & worn out for the afternoon.
