Excellent staff, exceptional accommodation very clean comfortable and perfectly located. Awesome pool gym and massage facilities. And the food for breakfast lunch and dinner was second to none. Would definitely return and highly recommend for the best value for money and service.

-The first room was given to us, had a strong fresh smell of paint and I rejected it. We were relocated to another room, a little better, but AC units behind the window were noisy and couldn't sleep. -There was a door between rooms, which could hear the people next door. ,-No free internet service inside the rooms.

Only location was good. Walking distance to Airport.

Room was excellent. Only improvement would be to put decent curtains up in Room 602. The room provides way to much outside light for sleeping.

There is no free wifi in the room. Free Wi-Fi is only available in the reception and dining area. They charge $25 for 24hours if you want Wi-Fi from connection in your room.

Location is excellent, the pool front room we had was really spacious and clean. the staff were super friendly and food in the restaurant was reasonably priced. The large swimming pool is very clean and well maintained.

Is that we didn't stay long enough

Everything, wish we stayed there longer, was only one night, a layover from AKL to APW From the transfer drivers to and from the airport (which was not far at all) to the receptionists, bar and restaurant staff and the room service guys... they were all incredibly welcoming and helpful. Awesome staff and facility. Their website photos don't do them enough justice.

The bathroom could have done with a towel railing or a couple of hooks 🪝 in the right place.

Everything from the moment we arrived the staff were very very helpful and pleasant fast check in considering there was a conference on at the time.I found out later it was the assistant manager who took our luggage to our room and arranged for the car 🚘 to be parked in a safe place.

Lovely hotel across from the airport. I was so surprised the place was so clean and modern for the price. Plus they had free live music in the lobby bar area. All staff were friendly and helpful. Can't recommend enough.

I booked this property for my grandparents & they absolutely loved it. For a couple that have never travelled anywhere other than their motherland, they were completely blown away at how beautiful this hotel is.
